BME Customer Service

Welcome to BME's customer service page. I've tried here to answer some of the most common concerns, as well as providing links that will be able to solve most problems instantly. You may also want to look at BME's members terms of service. Finally, if your question isn't answered, you can email the address listed at the bottom of this page.

Password problems?

If you forgot your password, or it's not working like you think it should, please CLICK HERE for the password form.

If your password isn't working, and you're sure it hasn't just expired, it is probably one of the following reasons:

  • Passwords are case sensitive. That means that capital letters are different than lower case. If your password is "DOODLE", then entering "doodle" will not work.
  • Make sure you are attempting to enter the correct area. The BME/extreme2 passwords will not work in BME/HARD and vice-versa.
  • Your browser may be storing an invalid password. Click here for some guidelines on fixing that.
You can check the status of your account and verify your password using this form. Note that if the problem is that you can't connect to BME at all or pages are loading very slowly, it is likely just an internet routing issue beyond our control -- your ISP may be able to provide further assistance.

Want to upgrade your BME/Extreme2 membership?

If you'd like to upgrade your existing BME/Extreme2 membership to a BME/HARD membership, click here.

By upgrading your account from E2 to a Full membership, you'll be charged the difference of $17 US automatically. Once upgraded your account will be able to access BME/HARD.

Need to change your account information?

If you need to change the account information we have on file, you can do so by clicking here.

Once you've logged in with your BME username and password, you'll be able to change a few things:
  • Email address: Always keep your email address up to date as BME uses emails to send out renewal, expiration and password reminders.
  • Credit card Information: If you need to change the credit card that your account is being billed to or simply update your expiration date.
  • Password: You can log in and change your password at any time.
Always make sure to click the "Edit" button to save the changes that you've made to your account.

Want to cancel a membership?

If you have a membership that rebills every month, you can cancel it by clicking here.

Refund Policy: We feel that we provide an excellent service at a price that's more than fair. However, if you signed up for the page and were not happy with what you saw and feel that we misrepresented ourselves in some way, we will gladly 100% refund your purchase. All we ask is that you tell us why so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again. If you would like a refund issued please email support@bmezine.com and make sure to include your BME username and the reason you'd like to be refunded.

Can't log on to iam.bmezine.com?

When you get your BME password (or the IAM password sent by the automated system), this is not a login to the IAM site. However, you can use it as a "key" to add an account on the IAM site. You can go to the add page right now by clicking here.

Anything else?
