One day last week my friend and I were at the mall and she was looking at body jewelry and she said "I want to get my nose pierced!" and so she begged me to go with her and get mine done as well. I was already planning on getting my tongue redone because it had been out for the past three years and I really missed it. Also, I have been thinking about getting something pierced below the belt off and on for over three years, pretty much since I had my nipples pierced. So, we left the mall and drove over to Shrap Metal Piercing and arrived around 4:15pm. Well, they had closed at 4pm for Christmas Eve!! We were so mad that we had just barely missed them. Obviously they were closed on Saturday for Christmas so we decided to come back Sunday night.

The piercer (Chris) came out and said that he would do us but we were looking at least an hour wait. So we filled out the paper work (and where it asked what piercings you are getting I just put nose and tongue) and tried to kill the time by looking through piercing portfolios and tattoo portfolios. Amanda's husband came with her (my husband did too, but he also had our 1 year old son with him so I sent them home when we found out how long the wait was going to be) and two of our friends were with us too. Slowly the waiting room thinned out until finally there was just one group in front of us (a girl getting her labret done and her brother getting his tongue). So before Chris took them back he called Amanda and I up to the counter one at a time to pay. While I was paying I told him that I wanted to talk to him about getting a genital piercing, but I understood that he was in a hurry to get out of there (it was already about 9pm by this time!) so that if I wanted to do it then I could schedule an appointment and come back for it. He assured me that he wasn't in that big of a hurry and it'd be no problem to do it if I decided I wanted to have it done that night.
I think we finally got to back to the room around 9:30pm or so. My friend wanted me to go first but since I was possibly going to do a triangle piercing Chris said he wanted to do her first. After he pierced her nose he made everybody leave and we had our talk. He asked me what kind of genital piercing I had in mind and I told him that I'd been researching it on the internet and that I wanted the triangle if I had the anatomy to support it. If not then I wanted a horizontal hood piercing. He said that a triangle piercing was pretty rare, that a lot of people didn't know about them unless they'd been researching on the internet, but that he'd done quite a few. In fact he'd just done one on the Friday before. He asked me if I wanted to see a picture (of course I did!) so he dug up the digital camera and showed me his handiwork. It looked good to me so I said lets check and see if I can get it done. So, being quite the gentleman, he turned around while I took off my boots and jeans and then finally thongs. I laid back on the table and put my legs up on the edge and let him have a look around. He immediately assured me that I had the perfect anatomy and that it would look awesome. In fact, he said that he wished all of girls that he was going to pierce looked so good! What a compliment! He asked me if I wanted to proceed with the piercing and I said "Do it!". So I basically sat around with no pants on for the next 10 minutes while he was getting everything ready. After he got out all kinds of stuff (needles, q-tips, antiseptic, etc.) I laid back down and he put the stirrups on the table and I put my feet up in those. He cleaned me off (very cold!) and marked me. Then came the clamps. Those didn't hurt. They weren't extremely comfortable, but it didn't hurt. I just stared at the ceiling and started breathing really deeply. He told me to keep breathing like that and then in went the needle. It wasn't anything like I expected. It hurt some. Then it felt really good. Then it kind of hurt again. "\Ãw€ë But not this pain that I thought was unbearable. Almost like something feels so good that it hurts. I didn't move at all. I kind of let out a sigh/moan, it was kind of orgasmic. Then Chris put the jewelry in and started cleaning up. I didn't bleed for another minute or two, but then I started a little bit. So he was busy trying to get it to stop and keep me comfortable since he was pretty much buried in my crotch. After about 10 minutes or so he helped me sit up and then I put my clothes back on.
So then he repierced my tongue and then he pierced my nose. So, I had a very eventful evening!! If you are in the Colorado Springs area I highly recommend Shrap Metal and Chris. I mean there are not many places where you can get such high quality work for $10 piercings!!
So far I haven't had any trouble with any of the piercings. I could walk just fine that night and I only bled a little bit more. I washed it with Dial soap and wore a pantyliner to bed. The next morning I just had a few drops of blood. And I haven't bled anymore sense. No pain to speak of either! I've been trying to be careful when I sit down and things like that, but sometimes I forget about it and it still doesn't hurt! After a couple of days the swelling went away completely on one side, but the other side is still a little swollen. I've just been continuing to wash with Dial and I've done a couple of salt soaks. I really like it so far. I think it is beautiful and I've definitely noticed an increase in sensation. I cannot wait to try it out!
