My first genital piercing

Since a couple of years I am interesting in piercings, but up to now I could only encourage myself to do a navel piercing. Since I got an internet connection I was sometimes confronted with pictures of women that have had their nipples and labia pierced. Numerous pictures and stories about piercing have gained my interest further. A genital piercing would be a very personal and very erotic treasure, and discussed the idea with my friend and partner Maria. She tried to convince me that a piercing would not be necessary to keep our love alive, although she was excited by the idea as long as she didn't have to do it with her own body. She is into bondage games sometimes and like to use some ropes on me, the idea of piercing rings have obviously raised new ideas of using the ropes.
After two years of thinking about it I have decided to do my labia. I have also thought about my nipples but they are already such sensitive that I am afraid the metal could bring them to permanent sensation. Although I am sexually active and most into gentle touching I could not imagine to get my nipples pierced. I went to three different piercing studios before I found someone I would trust. The studio was clean, professional and the owner seemed to be experienced. She explained all the details, and asked me also if I am sure to get this type of piercing. She showed my example pictures of piercings and tatoos she had done in the past, Some of the pictures were annotated by comments of satisfied customers. I had to pay in advance which made a little astonished but she told me that, seldomly, customers wanted to leave the studio without paying.
Maria had decided to accompany me for this important event. I really appreciated her presence as I felt much safer and supported by her. When we entered the room behind the entry I was scared a little, and not so sure anymore. But the lady told me that it will be a special jewelry, and that I can stand the pain. She asked me to undress my pants and panties and to take place in a chair. I had shaved my labia clean before. She has shown me a number of different steel metal rings, from which I selected medium 1.5cm large rings. While I was getting nervous more and more, Maria became nervous even more. She was chatting all the time, asking this and that, until the lady told her to be quiet, or to leave the room.
After she had used some antiseptic and some sort of ice spray on my labia she used special pliers to hold the lip. She squeezed it tight, pulled it out a substantial way and grabbed for the piercing tool. A short but heavy push drove the needle through, and tears got in my eyes at once. I haven't said a word, nor have I moaned to show my bravery. That's number one, she told me, and proceeded with the second. Same procedure, but more intensive feeling. I could not resist to let out a short scream while my breath was accelerating. She replaced the needle by the ring which again caused me a real pain. She got a mirror and showed me the result. There was almost no blood, and the two rings were blinking in the spot light. Both rings were closed with a small silver ball in order to open them if necessary. I know that they are also rings available that can be shut permanently, but that could be left for the future.
Perfect, she said. They were positioned symmetrically. Outer labia are quite easy, she taught me. My friend Maria was asked to look at the result, and she was really excited. How beautiful, darling, she said more than once. How will it take before they are healing, she asked with a trace of impatience. I recommend to use this lotion on the wounds twice a day for the next 10 days. Keep them clean and deal with them as you did it once with your ear piercings. If any problem occurs please contact me immediately, or go for a doctor. Be serious about it, then the risk of infection is mimimal. There should also be no allergic reaction if you had no problems with metal contacts in the past. She then gave me a brochure of instructions how to care for the wounds so they would heal without problems.
I stood up, dressed carefully and immediately feel the rings with every step. Happy and proud,
we left the studio.
