I recently received a surprise bringing a surprise, I ran in to an old friend of mine from a few years back. She tracked me down because she wanted to have a very serious conversation about piercing. When we had known each other before she was always fasinated by my nipple piercings and swore that some day she was going to get hers pierced. We discussed this at great lengths before but since we were in the middle of small town midwest where there was no trustworthy artist for miles around all we did was talk about it. I had gotten mine pierced before moving here so going back there was out of the question.

I asked her what she had on her mind and she told me that she wanted the piercings done. I told her that there was no place close to get them done. She then told me that I did not understand, I was going to do them because she did not trust anyone else and she knew that I had done a few piercings for friends.

I explained to her that I was no expert and that all I knew came from reading articles on the computor especially the BME site. She told me that since we both had medical training that we were already way ahead of the program. We then went over every site on BME and spent hours deciding what she would have done. She started out with wanting both nipples and her clit done but I told her that I did not feel comfortable doing her clit. We finally agreed on doing her nipples and her outer labia although I was not real happy about this because I felt that it was going to be too much.She was persistant and told me she had already ordered the necessary rings.

She wanted to stand while I did the piercing but finally agreed to sit in a straight chair with a pillow behind her to make her breasts stand out more. I clamped off the first nipple and heard her gasp as I closed the clamp. I asked if she was ready and she said yes and watched as I opened the needle and coated it with antibiotic solution. I told her to take three deep breaths and on the third pushed the needle thru causing her to moan softly. I then removed the needle and inserted the ring thru the remaining cath. She looked down and smiled her approval.

I asked if she wanted a break but she said to do the next one right away. I clamped the other nipple and prepped the needle and placed it against the marked spot. She started taking deep breaths as I once again shoved the needle thru, this time causing a loud moan and seeing her pull back in pain. I finished pushing the needle thru and quickly inserted the ring. She told me this on hurt more than the first one for some reason. She checked them out in the mirror and smiled and gave me a big hug.

I told her that maybe we should wait on the the others but she just smiled and walked over to the kitchen table that we had covered with a clean sheet, removed the rest of her clothes and laid down and announced she was ready.

I had long ago found out that you win very few arguments with a woman and especially one who is totally nude in front of you. I spread her legs and proceeded to clean her outer labia with betadine solution which caused her clit to become very erect. We discussed placement until we finally found places she liked. She gave a slight nod of her head and began to take deep breaths as I shoved the needle thru causing her to arch her back off the table and explain "shit that hurt". I gave her a few minutes to relax and inserted the ring.

I stopped for a few minutes and gave her a drink of water and asked if we should wait until later to finish but again she refused. She quickly spread her legs and announced lets finish it now so without any more discussion I again picked up the forceps and clamped the other labia. This time she managed to keep her legs open but I could her the sharp gasp as the clamp closed down on her labia. I did not bother to ask if she was ready this time but quickly prepped the needle and placed it against the markings. I looked in her eyes and seen her smile at me and quickly nod her head for me to continue. I watched as she took some deep breaths and quickly shoved the needle thru causing her to arch her back completely off the table while still keeping her legs open and at the same time I could see tears in her eyes. I let her relax a few minutes before placing the ring and closing it off. I finally told her that we were all done and gave her a mirror to check out her new additions. She pulled me down for a big kiss and whispered to me that she could not wait to see if they made a difference.

The next few weeks were interesting with her walking around with a slow spread legged gait. She sat down very slowly and wore her bra all the time even though she commented that even the rubbing of the bra material made her nipples hard. We watched the piercings closely for any infection and cleaned them all the time. She gradually explained that the soreness was leaving and it would not be long before we could try them out.

I came home from work one evening to a candle light dinner and a bottle of wine which she explained was a down payment for my piercing services. We continued with dessert in the bedroom and she told me later that the piercings definately make a difference and she worked real hard to pay me for my services. I did not offer to even give her a discount.
