When I was a bit younger I wasn't shy about getting mods. My first, of course, was the navel ring when I was 16 years old. I know that is the quintessential teen piercing, but I have to admit that after ten years I still think it is totally cute, sexy, and fun. After high school I lost my mind for several years and went crazy. No doubt I was a lost soul.
At A Glance Author Lisa Contact Lisa@bme.anon When Three months ago Artist Lisa Studio Desire Location Portland, OR First came the tattoos ~ ankle band, armband, lower back, shoulders, etc. Then came the piercings ~ nipples, nostril, hood, and inner labia. I made the horrible mistake of becoming a stripper to make money. At the time, I had grotesquely long inner labia. I'm not kidding when I say I could practically tie them in a knot. I tried to capitalize on my asset by getting them pierced. It was a good gimmick in the clubs, but I grew very tired of the nicknames ~ Lips & Flapper ~ finally I was humiliated with being a stripper. I lasted two years in the clubs and walked away from it.
I had enough cash to have breasts enlarged and my labia removed. Yes, a labiectomy ~ no kidding. I had my plastic surgeon literally remove my entire inner labia, including the hood. This was a simple operation, but it had to be done in a hospital. I felt like I was starting my life all over. I retired my nipple and nostril piercings, got back together with my family, started college, and haven't looked back.
Then Kara, my roommate, talked me into going with her to get a hood piercing. One thing led to another, and I left with a Christina. That was about two years ago, and we were living in New Orleans. She was in nursing school, and I was working for a pro-team in town. Three months ago I moved to Portland, Oregon to take a new job and to be closer to my sister and brother.
Shortly after arriving in Portland, I decided to stretch my 12-g Christina. Not really knowing where to go, I walked into Desire ~ a studio that that I had passed several times. The owner is Lisa. Her assistant is named Lisa. Now get this ~ my name is Lisa. How weird is that? I scheduled an appointment for the following day. I had been thinking about a fourchette to go with my Christina, so the next day I posed that idea. Lisa (the owner) had me lay back on the table while she took a look, and she advised against a fourchette. She said that anatomically, the opening to my vagina was too close to my anus. Consequently, there wasn't enough space for the ring without it interfering with things.
I was content with simply getting my Christina stretched, when the other Lisa asked if I has considered a Princess Albertina. I knew what a female PA was, but I assumed that it was so rare I had never given one a thought. I asked her to elaborate. It turns out that Lisa (the assistant) has one and is extremely fond of hers. They asked if I have ever experienced urethral stimulation. Of course, I asked how many they have done.
When I was living with Kara in New Orleans, she had practiced inserting catheters into me on several occasions. There was nothing kinky between us, but I was OK with helping her out. She placed red rubbers and foleys up my urethra into my bladder. Foley catheters have a balloon at the tip, so after the tip is inserted all the way up the urethra and into the bladder, the balloon is filled with salt water. When the balloon is filled, the catheter can't be pulled out until the balloon is deflated. I definitely got a buzz from the experience. So when asked about urethral stimulation, I was able to say that I was OK with it.
Lisa and Lisa said that they have probably done 10 female PA's in the past year. One time a group of four girls had PA's done together. Lisa (the assistant) promised that the pain is significantly less than a navel, nipple, or Christina. I thought what the heck. Why not, because I could always remove it? I hadn't done a bit of research on PA's, so I really did not know what to expect. I was certainly surprised when Lisa showed me the ring before it went into the sterilizer. I am not sure what the diameter is, but the ring is a 10-g. I have since read about PA's, and I now know that bigger is better. It sure looked BIG!
Lisa doesn't have stirrups in her shop. She had me lay back with my butt at the very edge of the table. I had to pull my legs back. I got very tired of holding my own legs the whole time. Stirrups would be ideal or else two very close friends. Lisa, the assistant, removed my Christina and prepped me while the other Lisa set things up. I told them about having my labia removed and both said they would never have known. Lisa said that she swears that girls with large inner labia wish they had none, and girls with none wish they had labia. She said many girls have cried when they were told that they were not suitable for hood piercings. The 10-g Christina slipped right in.
After reading other PA experiences I realize that placing the clamps in the urethra can be very painful, but I have to say that I did not have a problem with that. Lisa used some sterile lubricant and the clamps slid right in painlessly. She slid the enormous needle through without much pain as well. In fact, this was no different than having my hood pierced way back when. The only real pain came when Lisa had to struggle a bit to get the ring in. They gave me a panty liner; I paid (and tipped heavily) and was on my way.
I was advised against having sex for a while. Since I was boyfriendless at the time, I knew that wouldn't be a problem. I am always good about piercing aftercare. When I was a stripper, I saw many piercings gone bad ~ all because the girls were stupid.
I took it easy for about a month. I am a fitness nut and usually spend most evenings in the gym after work. I continued to lift weights, but I stayed away from the Stairmaster and treadmill. After a time I started experimenting with toys. What a thrill. There was no doubt that I had made a good decision with my Princess Albertina. I get off on the feeling of the ring being tugged. It's been two months, and I was healed within a month.
I have since read about issues with urinary track infections. I haven't had one as of yet, and I kind of doubt I will. I haven't shared my new piercing with a guy yet. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm in no real hurry. I'll finish up by saying that I think a Princess Albertina is a great option for some girls. It certainly was for me.
