The experience happened almost three weeks ago while taking a room-mate to get his nose pierced. This room-mate usually tends to either get a new tattoo, get an old one fixed, or get a new piercing whenever something sour happens in his life or he has a bad day. That day he origionally wanted to get a new tattoo fixed but his tattoo artist was busy that entire night. Thus we were going for a nose piercing because he couldnt think of anything else that wouldnt look stupid on him. Turns out his job doesnt allow it, so rather than waste a good opportunity I asked how much it would be to get an inner labia piercing done. I had also wanted a vertical hood done as well, so I had them both done to save $20.00 bucks. Not much saved, but its the thought that counts since it was an anniversary gift to me by my fiance.

After going to the bathroom to pee, to make sure that I wouldnt pee on chappy, I came back and dropped trou in the piercing room. Now the piercing room was a bit more surgical than others I've seen, having the whole OB/GYN chair and all. So, after showing me all of the things he would be using I sat down and Chappy proceeded to clean my bits and pieces with an alcohol pad (assuming its an alcohol pad, its just some sort of cleaning thing).
Once I was cleaned I actually decided to get the vertical hood done first, which now that I think about it was a very good idea on my part. I had tested myself at home with the whole Q-tip test, where you place the puffy head of a Q-tip under your hood on top of your clitoris and if it fits then you can have the piercing, and assumed I had enough skin there for it. Just incase I was wrong though, I had Chappy test it for me by placing the receiving tube under my hood to see if it had enough room. Sure enough it did. Once he lined up the needle and the receiving tube he pushed the needle through. Not that bad! Felt alot like when you get your blood sugar tested and they prick your finger, I didnt feel the jewelry being inserted. I stood up to see what it looked like and loved it, the banana barbell that he used is a bit long so it tends to lean to either side, but when you hold it straight its perfectly placed. Once that was done we moved on to the inner labia piercing.
Before doing anything, Chappy discarded all of the materials from the hood piercing in the trash and wiped the table and seat down with a cleaner. Chappy then re-set a second set of tools/materials on his table and showed me each of them that he would be using for the labia piercing.
With the inner labia piercing, what hurt the most was actually the clamps surprisingly. Chappy marked the area and asked me if I had wanted it farther down or higher up. Considering if I placed it higher up there was less chance of it being knocked around during sex, we chose to have it higher up. Clamps go on, and after some stalling from yours truly, the needle went through. The only thing I can compare it to is a much sharper pinch when getting your ears done. Once the needle was through there wasnt any pain, just a hot sensation, and I didnt even feel the jewelry being placed.
Walking was a bit of a problem for the first week since the jewelry was moved around and twisted by my underwear, causing the dried crusties to be moved through the actual piercing. So, after about 3 days I went back and had Chappy switch the CBR out for a very tiny banana barbell. To this day, three weeks later, I havent had any problems with them. No pain, no discomfort, hell Ive even been sleeping naked and dealing with a monthly visit from mother nature and my piercings are fine. Which is wonderful.
Sometime in the next week or so I will be headed back on friday to get the banana barbell in my hood changed to a shorter length so it will sit properly rather than lean to either side. I will probably also be getting both nipples done horizontally as well. Hopefully Chappy will tell me that they wont interfere with the genital piercings healing times, if it will then I will wait for them. If not, w00t here we go for round three and four of needles! Another story will come next week if I go ahead with the nipples.
