My piercing experiences started with attempting to pierce my own labia. I did not know what I was doing and decided not to go through with it. I used the wrong equipment and did not have any knowledge of what I was doing. *Do not pierce yourself, leave it to people who know what they are doing* I realized I needed to be pierced by a professional. This, however, did not sway me from wanting a genital piercing. I started doing a lot of research, looking at pictures and reading people's stories, on BME and other places online. I found the piercing I wanted. I wanted a VCH with a curved barbell. I was still a minor when I decided this so I had to wait until I was legal to get pierced.

I felt very welcomed and at ease. The receptionist helped me pick out jewelry and fill out the required paper work. I got really nervous, and sat with my boyfriend calming me down in the waiting room. I had eaten right before, and was drinking water so my blood sugar and stomach were supposed to be ok.
After the jewelry was sterilized I was taken back into the room where the piercer told me to take off my pants and underwear. She marked the spot and cleaned it, did all the things piercers do. My boyfriend held my hand as I lay down. I breathed and it was pierced. It barely hurt at all. I got to look down in a mirror. I had a new adornment between my legs. It was so pretty. I was shown proper cleansing techniques and aftercare then paid and went on my way. It was a little uncomfortable at first to walk, but the discomfort left quickly being replaced with good feelings. I got turned on having this piece of metal between my legs in my most intimate spot.
My piercing healed within a month. I was able to have sex 5 days after, and I had my boyfriend use a condom to prevent his body fluids getting my piercing infected, even though I was on birth control. I have changed the barbell a number of times, but I still like the basic silver balls I got pierced with.. My boyfriend loves being able to play with my piercing during intimacy. It feels a lot better then before I was pierced. Every time I look at myself down there, I am glad I got my first body piercing.
I plan to keep my VCH in as long as possible and enjoy the hell out of it in the process. I have gone on to get both my nipples pierced also at evolution. One of my nipples is horizontally pierced, and the other is vertically pierced. I wanted this because it is a little different then most standard nipple piercings. I am in love with all of my piercings, and hope to get more someday. I highly recommend this piercing to any woman who is anatomically suited for it. It feels amazing and looks beautiful. I love thinking that I have something that most women do not have. I rub my legs together and feel it there.
I am considering getting a few more piercings but for now I am very happy with how my body looks. If I get anymore piercings, I am worried I might set off metal detectors. Laughs.
There are a few things to keep in mind if you want this piercing. One, whether or not your sex life is too active or rough, whether your body is suited for it, whether you shave/wax or not. I wax because it looks better in my opinion. The piercing peaks out of my lips, and especially when I am aroused it is more prominent. I have shown a number of my friends my piercing and they are intrigued by it. Most people would have never pinned me as an erotic piercing kind of person, but apparently I am. I am very glad I got the VCH instead of the labia as I had originally wanted. I think it is more flattering towards my anatomy, and also gives more stimulation. I tend to favor barbells with equal size balls, not like belly button barbells. The larger bead tends to get in the way more, when shaving and being intimate. This is an easy piercing to stretch if you were interested in that kind of thing. I had it pierced 14 gauge, and it is still that size a year later, but because the tissue is so flexible stretching would be simple. Maybe in the next few years I will stretch to a 12 or a 10 gauge, but for now I am happy with how it looks.
