It was about 3-4yrs ago I got my clit pierced. I had my nipples, labret, and my tongue pierced 3 times. I don't like the "normal" piercings so I figured it was time to get a genital piercing. I did a little research on the piercing. I talked to my
At A Glance Author Lspots21 Contact lspots21@yahoo.com Artist JD Studio don't remember Location NH Piercer about getting it done. I picked out the jewelry, a 14GA 3/8 CBR with a black cat's eye. Everything was set all I had to do is get the nerve to do it.
I waited two weeks to get up the nerve to go to the parlor to try to go through with the piercing. I was a nervous wreck so I thought the walk to the shop would help calm my nerves, it didn't help. Every step that I got closer I wanted to turn back. When I got to the shop there was no one else there. In my eyes that was perfect for me. I signed the paper work and I was off to the studio for my first genital piercing.
I definitely remember how cold the room was, I felt like I was in Alaska, which didn't make it easier to relax and get undressed. He pulled out the tools, clamps, Jewelry, Etc. He must have changed his gloves a half of dozen times before we started. I realized them just how much you needed to do one piercing. I also remember cursing at the time of him cleaning me because I thought to myself that they should have a warmer for this stuff. He continued to mark the clitoris for my piercing. He marked it for a vertical and I remember explaining that I wanted it horizontal. He then informed me that he as a professional didn't feel comfortable piecing me that way. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't have it done that way but I trusted him and I got the nerve to do it so I was not going to turn back over something so simple.
When He put the cold clamp on my clit he warned me that it was going to be cold and uncomfortable. He continued to line up the clamp to his marks and told me the next step was that he was going to count to three. He counted one, two, and then stopped, I asked him what was the matter and he explained that I was not fully relaxed and when he was counting a piece of my skin pulled out of the clamps so we had to stop and start over.
We continued on our third try to make this piercing happen. At this time I was ready to give up and come back a different day. He helped me relax by giving me a glass of water and letting me sit and relax for a few minutes.
On the third try it finally went through, I just have to say " Holy Shit". I felt my toes curl up to my through. I could feel pins and needles all through my body. My legs went numb as I was sitting there, I knew if I tried to get up and walk I would fall down on my face. My piercer had noticed that I was nervous and told me to relax and take deep breaths. He said my adrenaline had to run its course and I would be ok in a few minutes.
He continued to put in my ring with the cat's eye on it, I just sat there hoping I would feel my legs real soon. I was surprised that the piercing it self didn't hurt it was more of the shock that I did it.
After I did it, I sat there in the chair to catch my breath and take in what I just did. When I finally got off the seat to walk I had to laugh at myself because I look like I had been riding a horse for a week. I must have smoked three cigarettes in two minutes. I was calm but still shaky. My muscles were so sore from shaking it was hard for me to walk home.
In the long run the pain was not that bad. After I sat back at home I realized it was more of the shock and adrenaline to my body. It was all worth it. Since then I have got a few more piercings, I still have my clit pierced, and I have got the nerve to even pierce my hood. I look forward to my next piercing witch is both my cheeks. I guess you could say I got over the nervous thing and gained the imagination of a piercer. I live everyday wondering were might my next one go. My advice to the world would be on this matter is that " don't ever doubt your self, just do it and ask why later".
