Where I live they tend to be a bit square and no one does genital piercings. So, If you want one , you travel or do it yourself.
Do I advocate that people do it my way. No, I do not. I believe that having mods done by a professional can save a lot of time and potential problems. Lets just say, that I have some other medical knowledge that I have not gotten into here.
Now we already know that self genital piercing is not that easy and not for the squeamish. I must confess that I do like a little pain. and love the look and feel of a piercing. i have to laugh to myself at people who make comments about piercing, especially those that don't have a clue. We know it is extremely erotic.
To get more to the point( no pun intended) I have always looked at BMEzine and fantasized over getting the reverse PA. So, I googled and read everything I could find on the procedure. I had to plan carefully what I was going to do, and how I was going to do it. Please remember that piercing supplies are not readily available ,so I would have to improvise. I decided I would make it an event with me being the only one there. For a piercing needle I would use a large Fish hook with the Barb removed which I would sharpen. I had a captured bead ring which I had used in my PA which I calculated was big enough. I wanted the hole big enough so that I would only have to do this once. Lots of antiseptic, gauze to stop the bleeding which I knew would be heavy. So, I bought my Hook and ground off the tip of the barb and proceeded to sharpen the blade on the hook. I tested the hook and found it sharp enough, sterilized it and stored it ready for use. I decided to be a bit ritualistic in my approach to the piercing (Kinky!)so picked a night that I knew I would be alone and could do it outside under the Stars. I have a nice backyard so I laid down a plastic sheet on the lawn and put a stake in the ground in the middle of one end. My plan was to tie a piece of cord to the hook , the other end to the stake..Having got everything ready, I strutted out into my yard naked having swabbed and cleaned the penis and the urethra.I straddled the line and grabbing the hook, inserted it into my urethra, point up into the centre of the head . By the way when you do that a white spot appears in the head so you will know if you got it centred. Oh! yes, this does HURT but not as bad as what was to come. I backed up taking up the tension on the line and the pain increased, partially because of the weight of the hook. My weight was now on the line fully with the hook bitting into me but I figured I had gone this far ,so no way was I quitting.
Let me tell you, that is one tough piece of skin. I felt a tearing sound and i could see the tip of the hook in the head, happy to say , where I wanted it. I continued to put my weight on it and it would not go through. Yes! endorphins do kick in. My penis was stretched to the limit, my pain threshold was rapidly approaching and the hook wasn't through. I used my free hand to hold the head and gritting my teeth pulled back on the head. The hook popped through. The Stars were bright and I was seeing some extra ones..(Phew). I released the tension and just stood there looking at the big fish hook in my dick.
Now to the ring. Up to this point there was little or no bleeding but I believed that was because I had this huge hook filling the gap in the skin....I was right, I slowly and painfully pulled out the hook and blood gushed. I applied pressure and grabbed the Ring. I inserted it and with some difficulty got the ball on. Fortunately I am a quick healer and the bleeding slowed right down. It Looked Great, My heart was pumping hard and I was very pleased with myself. I went inside cleaned up , bandaged up and prepared for the healing process.
That was 2 years ago, I still love it, love the feel, the weight and have since then stretched up to a bigger ring and plan to stretch up even further. Yes, Sex with it is great too.Since then I've removed my frenum and performed a meatotomy, but, that is another story or two.
