The penis. That's something only me and my wife (and the occasional doctor) would see. But, would it hurt, would it feel good? Research at BME and other internet sites taught me what to expect, however living in rural Ohio, there's not a piecing shop on every corner. So I searched for a well-known and respected place to get it done. I finally settled on Pierceology in downtown (Short North) Columbus, Ohio. The shop is located in an "interesting" part of town and you can find a variety of things in the area. Let's just say, it's best to go in daylight your first time since Pierceology can be difficult to spot if you aren't familiar with that part of Columbus. So, in I went to talk to the courteous and knowledgeable staff. Once you decide on where and how, they show you a wide array of jewelry to choose from, cover the aftercare, sign away your rights, etc. While you you're your turn under the needle, you are offered a pager (just like Outback, but without the steak!) and you can visit the coffee house downstairs so you can get all caffeinated up while you wait. For "special" piercings, they called in their expert DAVID. He is a true professional and an artist. My first piercing was a Prince Albert with an 8 ga. CBR. The staff was concerned that there might not be enough skin to hold the ring since I had a self-inflicted sub-incision. They conferred and talked it over with me. Everyone was up-front about the complications, but I decided to risk it. That part of the male anatomy is not as sensitive as one might think and it was a simple procedure. It bled somewhat, but not too bad. Daily sea salt soaking and it was soon healing nicely. Of course my wife couldn't wait to try it out and sure enough, it ripped through after only 1.5 months on the job. So, after that healed up a little, back I went for another hole.
This time they suggested a reverse PA, sort of a half-apradravya. Once everything was set-up, it went without a hitch, but yes it hurt. A lot! The bleeding was more and lasted longer. But normal after-care and soon it was back to business ;) Everything was going great, until I was required to remove the jewelry for a medical exam about three months after the piercing. It only took a half hour, but of course I could not reinsert the 8ga curved BB. I tried and tried, but it was impossible. I got busy and forgot about it for awhile but finally got around to going back to Pieceology for a re-insertion (with needle). It hurt so bad. There was some scar tissue and it was not a simple stick this time. I even blacked out for a second. But, everything healed up and it works like it should.
So now a year on and things are great. The final hole's healing took about two months. And since I wanted bigger balls (doesn't everyone!), now it is stretched to a 6 ga curved BB with 3/8" balls. My pee goes all over - that's the only negative. My wife loves it ;) Unfortunately, she tells all her friends about my mod and the unabashed girls ask the same three questions, did it hurt?, does it hurt? what's it feel like? There is no way I can say it didn't hurt. The most sensitive place on a guy's body gets drilled through with a needle? Damn straight it hurt. But as to the second question, no, I hardly notice it on a daily basis. I have to be careful not to pee on myself when standing because the inner ball sits inside my urethra due to the sub. Mostly, I can just turn things sideways and avoid a mess. I went with a shorter curve to keep it tighter to my glans, this prevents any pinches or snags. But the best part is the pleasure to my partner. She says that the larger top ball now makes all the difference. I guess her G Spot is getting a workout since she usually gushes at climax.
This is one benefit that everyone should be aware of. The placement is perfect for HER, gentlemen. It doesn't feel bad for me either. So of course her friends are really impressed that I would go through all of that for my mate.
