My interest in body modification came late in life. Having reached the age of 60, I decided that life was to be experienced and enjoyed to the fullest. Life is too short not to experience new things. My mods started about 3 years ago with a frenum piercing, which has been retired as it was done correctly.

He is the best as far as I am concerned. At one point I had over 18 piercings but have retired many so now I have only 13 piercings. My ears were done at 12g and have been enlarged to 4g, horizontal nipples were done at 12g and are now 6g, vertical nipples were done at 12g and are now 8g, a scrotal ladder of 5 piercings going from 0g at the bottom to 6g at the top, all the scrotal piercings were done a 8g to start. Billy also has done a guiche at 4g and the last piercing was a reverse PA.
I had a traditional PA, not done by Billy, it was to shallow and migrated. Having had it for over 2 years when I had to remove the ring, I felt naked. Researching and reading on other options brought me to the idea of a reverse PA. I talked with Billy about it, he also researched it and said it was a go. He said he would not routinely do this piercing, but was willing to tackle the procedure for me. In researching this piercing I found that half the work had already been done as I already had a PA. Depending on what you read a reverse PA can be just a reverse PA or an apadravya, if you already have a PA.
We picked a day in January, ordered the jewelry and continued to read up on the piercing. The day finally arrived, I was a bit nervous but knew that I was in capable hands. I arrived at the shop before it opened, Billy was all set for the piercing. He went through the cleaning, marking, changing gloves, etc.. We started our breathing together, as Billy felt that this helped the person being pierced as well as the piercer. If you have been pierced, you know the drill, so it need not be explained. Having worked in surgery for many years, I was impressed with the condition of the shop, Billy technique and concern for everything being kept a clean as possible. Billy did not explain the cleaning routine, as I was aware of what needed to be done, but on other occasions when I have helped him in the shop, he very carefully explains cleaning procedures to people being pierced. A mark of a professional.
The marking, cleaning, etc. done, the moment came for the piercing. The receiving tube was put through the PA hole, a slightly uncomfortable process, the mark was lined up, using pressure on the receiving tube to get the mark aligned. The pressure from the tube caused a slight circle to appear on the head of my penis. Billy took the needle, told me to take a deep breath and blow it out, on my exhale he pushed the needle through. The tissue on the head of the penis is thicker than the underside, so more pressure needs to be exerted. Yes, it hurt but just for a few seconds. Less pain than my nipple piercings. The needle was through, looking at the end of my penis with an 8g needle through it was a different experience. Billy traced the needle with an 8g CBR, he then wrapped it in gauze. The whole procedure from start to finish only took a half an hour. I spent some time talking with Billy before leaving for a lunch date with my wife.
It has been two weeks since the piercing, there was slight bleeding for about 24 hours, a little pain if I bumped into something but all in all the experience was satisfying. I now have a 8g ring in the end of my penis, I again feel complete. I will probably gauge up to a 6g or even a 4g, I haven't decided where this piercing will end up, as my original PA was a 0g. My wife is very supportive of my decision to be modified. The reverse PA certainly adds to our enjoyment.
