I started doing low level bod mods about 20 years ago. The first thing I did was an ear ring. That was a big deal back then. Almost lost a job over it. Then added a tattoo to my arm about five years later. That was about it for then. Did not know what else I could do that would not show too much. I live in a very conservative community and work in a very conservative industry.

The counter clerk handed me an album of piercing photos to view while I waited for my artist. Let me tell you, that album opened a whole new world to me. I thought about things and researched things for a couple of years after that. BME was a a great help in the process.
At last, I decided it was time to talk with a piercer about things. I walked in to Outer Limits and met Ron. He was great. He took the time to explain just about every kind of genital piercing out there, the benefits, the physical costs, the pain, the healing time, and proper care for the healing piercing.
I chose to go right then with a Reverse Prince Albert. He went over all the paperwork with me, took the payment to the front, reviewed the care and healing process with me a second time, and then went in to prepare the room and materials. Let me tell you, he is the "Mr. Clean of Piercers." The room was spotless. Everything that would touch my body (gloves, reception tube, captive bead ring, tapers, etc.) was put in the autoclave. Then it was time to "do the deed."
He had already "checked down there" to determine jewelry size and placement. He started me off with at at 10 gage captive bead ring. (I have since stretched it to a 6 gage)He got me cleaned up, walked me through the breathing process, and then inserted the reception tube. That me tell you, this was no walk in the park! He then proceeded right on to the needle. He was fast, I bucked like a horse, and screamed like a little girl. Ron took this all in stride. He is a true pro! Jewelry was quickly in place. It looked great. Ron then got everything nicely cleaned and bandaged up. The bleeding was not bad at the time of the piercing. After "the deed" he got me some water and had me rest for a few minutes. When he saw that I was ok, he sent me on my way.
The first night at home was a bloody mess. I woke up with bandages, boxers, and running shorts soaked in blood. Some how,the sheets stayed clean. All this I knew could happen based on what Ron went over with me. Got up, cleaned up, and then just had some "spotting" for about three days.
My bathroom habits have changed. I now must "sit" to urinate. Boy, I sure look for clean restrooms now.
In the bedroom, my wife loves how the Reverse PA looks, how it feels when we are making love, and the joy of playing with it. The Reverse PA also has me always a little ready for love making.
We decided as a couple, I should get another piercing. Based on Ron's advice, I did a guiche and we have not be disappointed. The guiche process was almost painless and very little bleeding occurred. Ron gave me the choice of what position I would be in when he did the piercing. I chose to be on all fours. It did not seem very exciting to me to watch him during the process. We also used a Captive Bead Ring for this piercing as well. The only problem with the guiche is when I am in the car for long trips. It can be painfully pulled if I'm not careful when i adjust mt sitting position on the car seat.
Going to the 24 Hour Fitness Center Gym has been interesting. You learn new levels of modesty in the locker room when you have your cock pierced. There have been a few jaws dropped when I have been spotted. One curious guy asked how it felt to get it done and how it felt when having sex. I told him is was only painful for a moment and great for fun.
The next bod mod I am considering is a set of nipple rings to start off the new year. Once you start, it is hard to stop.
I recommend the Reverse PA and the Guiche without reservation. I also think you should go see Ron at Outer Limits! He is great!!!
And, when you are considering getting pierced "down there" --- always use a pro!
