Guess it is time for me to tell another story. This can be a continuation from my previous story on My dairy of my re-piercing of PA - Xmas present . Yes, my PA heals properly after a lot of problems. I am not sure whether it was the piercing that had migrated or because my urethra opening is naturally too low. Now it is only about half a centimeter left. And my last visit to the piercer, his comment was that it would tear off sooner. But I did not bother much for that. I did not stretch it but the nice thing was that it had also naturally stretched itself. I pierced myself with 8ga and now I can pull the jewelry through the hole without taking off the end ball.

I had been looking and researching through the BME and various other piercing sites, trying to look for more information on my next piercing i.e. apadravya or reverse PA. Many accounts I had read, did not give me much details on how to go about it. I mainly concentrate on accounts on DIY. But most of them at the end of the story would advise you to go for a professional job. Well, these did not help very much. I even tried to contact a few, but not much assistance too. I had e-mailed to elna in Germany, he really gave me some good advises. But my confidence did not built up yet. There were accounts that I read that gave me a scare. Blood oozed out without stopping and had to go to ER for assistance. Other accounts gave the level of pain one had to endure. Ohhhhhh, that is bad. How can I really going to do it myself ???? All these things lingered my brain for the last few months. It was until yesterday that after reading another account telling how ELMA would help gave me th e idea of using it to ease the pain part. I then enquired at a pharmacy to see whether they did have any. There, my luck, yes, they did have the stock but they would like to know what it was for. Well, at a moment like this I had to tell a white lie and said it was for a minor operation on the nail. I paid and went back home and prepared myself for the ordeal. I went through the piercing process in my head, trying to be sure what I should do, if problems did cop up. I planned to do it early next morning.

It was around 4 in the morning that I woke up, boiled all the items required for half and hour. While waiting for the items to sterilize, I then applied the cream into the urethra opening. I did apply some on top of the glan. When the water had boiled for half an hour, I carefully lined them up in a tray that I got from the pharmacy. Sat on the toilet bowl and started my piercing procedure. Got the homemade receiving tube into the urethra opening and trying to see whether it would line up with my PA. Sorry to say, the tube kept falling out. After a while I decided anything would do. Placed the needle into the tube and roughly lined it up to be sure it would go vertically. When all was set I started to push the needle. I didn't feel the pain for which was good, but I did not know how much it had penetrated. Yes, it was a bit hard to push through and I had to use a fair bit of strength. I then did see a white spot and continue to push the needle. At this time, I did feel some pain. Then the needle went through. Well, to tell you all, my hands were shaking even when I did not feel much pain. Leaving the needle there for a while, I tried to reconstruct what should I do next. Oh, Yes, I had not tell you about the size of the needle I was using. I used a 10ga needle to pierce. I had a homemade tapper to stretch it. I intended to use a 8ga CBR.

After regaining some strength, I inserted the tapper to the end of the needle and started to push again. Knowing that it would be very hard to stretch, I tried to push as hard as I could. Yes, it was really hard to get it to move through. I tried to twist around but it would not really move. I then resolved to slow and steady push, yes, it moved through slowly. Pain started to build up and I still could endure it. When it had moved nearly ¾ way, I placed the CBR at the end of the tapper. Wahh, it was hard to position it for pushing it through together with the tapper. It tended to slip off the end. Each time it slipped, there was a sharp pain as it touched the glan. I was a bit worry now, what happen if it refused to go through with the tapper. The only thing I could do now was to position it back to the end and start pushing again. My hands were all shaking and unsteady. I continued pushing hard. Then the tapper fall out and blood started to ooze out. This was because the C BR had not completely gone through. So I quickly gave it a good push and then the bleeding stopped. On the whole, the whole process was quite uneventful. Not much of a problem except for the hard push and the alignment of the CBR. The only thing I felt shaky throughout. After putting on the end ball. I tried to admire my DIY piercing. Ohh, I noticed that it was a bit off center. What now??? Well, guess, it was a nice hard work would keep it till I am not satisfy with it. I was quite happy as there was not much bleeding. But I felt the pain after a few hours later. I had to take painkiller for that. Today, one day after, it is still all right, a bit sore and tender. It is true that using the stretching method, there isn't much bleeding involved. And also when peeing, I do not get a stink. May be it is too early to tell as the CBR is still tightly gripped by the glan. I do try to rotate it when having the salt bath but it will not turn. I may have to wait for a few more days. I am very happy so far, the only regret is that I did not really take the pain to align it properly by having the exit point mark out. As I don't know how to attach the photo here, for those who like to have a look at it, I will submit one in the photo section.

A word of warning for those who like to try DIY, please do a good research before you embark on it.
