I will start off saying that I am a 31 yo pre-operative M2F transsexual. Looking through this site this probably will not a big shocker or as big of a deal as other places. Anyways, I woke up at 12:30 pm today just as any other day not really planning on doing anything special, so I get my afternoon soda and wake up. As I was checking my e-mail crazy ideas started popping into my head. I knew I have wanted to get another piercing for a while now but was undecided on what to get. My choices were my nose, eyebrow, lower lip, or a PA. After mulling over the choices I choose to get a reverse PA.
This being my first piercing here in Hawaii, I called a few people who I knew from around town on what reputable establishment to go to. After talking to Devin (here's your plug) about what I wanted I made an appointment for about 4:00. Once I arrived there he was still sterilizing the insterments so he talked to me about the aftercare and such. Then came the fun... We went to the back room and shut the door and he had me drop drawers and sit on the table, after cleaning we decided on where to put the 10 gauge piercing I choose about 2/3rds of the way up the head. So after marking it he tries to put the steel guide shaft thingy up the urethra. Well the shaft wouldn't go, it was to big or should I say I am not that big (try 7 years of female hormones and see how big you are...hehe). Anyways he looks for a smaller shaft but none can be found, what a disappointment. So he tells me that he finishes up there in about an hour and was going to the other store from which he wo rked and could do it there.
I arrive back an hour later after some shopping for hair bleach and neon pink hair dye and follow him to Waikiki to the other shop. After redoing the consent and release of liability forms we go to the back room. Same as before I drop drawers and sit on the table. This time we had everything we needed for some reason I had a bit more anxiety than the last time I was in this position (probably because I had an hour to think about things) but it was all good. So he talked to me again about the procedure and what to expect. He also told me that this was probably one of the most painful piercings you could have done as well. I have had my nipples pierced back in the 80's and that guy told me the same thing, guess PA's haven't take hold back then. So he told me to lay back and take about 5-6 deep breaths and at first there was a little stinging sensation. This was caused by the receiving rod being inserted... then BAM!! It was done. Though it didn't hurt as much as he said or as I thought it would. I still say my nipples hurt more. .. Not that I was complaining about that but I am sure the next few days/weeks will change my mind. So he took some pictures which I will include on a later date once he gets them developed and sends them to me.
If you have read this much I applauded you I would of fallen asleep long ago. But some may ask why a reverse PA opposed to a regular one? For me I factored in two things. One, I personally prefer the way the reverse looks. Two, I have keep in mind that I do plan on having a sex change sometime in the future and didn't want to fuck up the skin underneath. I figure once I get that done and submit those pictures I'll get at least the 6 month membership out of that.
On with the rant... I wrote part of this last night before I went to sleep I will add that during the night as I slept the glove slipped off. What a bloody mess that made. Well the morning piss was even worse. I think that I can't remember hurting that much in recent times. That was just the start, after my shower and cleaning instructions more blood and pain guess I will be borrowing some of my girlfriends' pads for the next couple weeks. If this is a preclude of things to come oh boy! Its not that I went into this blind I did do the research before choosing to do this, though doing a little bit more I would of realized that white is not the best color to be wearing. Guess its back to black panties.
