It all started when I was Seventeen (more years ago than I care to remember) I was in my bedroom reading a magazine when a picture of a pierced penis caught my attention. I had never seen anything like this before (this was in 1973), there was picture of a man and he had a ring going through the ridge on his glans (I now know this is a Dydoe piercing).

Well that was it, my imagination was fired and the safety pins on my bedroom table now looked very interesting.

I do not recommend that you carry out any of the following procedures, as the risks are high (infection, permanent damage and could prove to be life threatening.) so far I have been lucky.

I took a pin and pierced the main shaft of the penis. It was not painful, and as the pin travelled into the shaft I started to get this exquisite deep itching, which increased in intensity the further, the pin travel into the shaft. I soon came to the maximum travel on the pin and decided to remove it.

Well not knowing much about the anatomy of the penis I was shocked when I removed the pin to see a jet of blood shooting across the room with some force. I applied pressure and hoped, five minutes later I was relieved that I had managed to stop the bleeding, now all I had to do was clean up the blood that had sprayed over everything. (I had only pushed the pin through an artery).

The bruising was something to be seen, and I had to make excuses to my girlfriend for some weeks until it cleared.

I was not put off by this experience but I did not pierce the shaft again. I found that if you pierced the Glans although more painful and it did bleed, you could stop it by applying pressure, but the main advantage was it did not bruise as much sometimes not at all.

Over a period of time I pierced the scrotum and performed PAs and various other types of piercing, all of which were temporary (play piercing). I progressed then to inserting object down the urethra, because I loved the stretching feeling I progressed to inserting larger and larger diameter objects, to accommodate these larger objects I carried out a meatotomy using the clamping and cut method with great success.

It is only recently that my play piercing has taken on a more extreme slant. I have now started to pierce through my testicles; the amazing thing is that it is only painful on the way in through the outer membranes of the testicle, no pain as it passes through the centre and some pain on the exit of the needle on the other side. The rush I get from doing this far outweighs any pain and it puts me on a high for the rest of the day.

I have for some time been considering getting a permanent piercing, but having a meatotomy ruled out a normal PA, plus I wanted to continue with my cutting and extending my meatotomy into a subincision. Therefore a Reverse PA suited my needs and after I have had some fun with it I could use it as the start of a Head Splitting project.

I contacted the Golden Dragon Tattoo Studio in Chester, and spoke to Jeannie explaining what I wanted. The whole procedure was very professionally done as Jeannie had previously worked in the Medical field. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed, I was asked to take off my trousers and lie down on the table. The area to be pierced was cleaned and sprayed with a local anaesthetic. The position of the piercing was checked and as I breathed out the deed was done. The only thing I felt was a slight sting as the needle went through the head of the penis and a slight tugging as the jewellery was pulled through the piercing. I looked down and there was a beautiful captive ball ring hanging there.

There was very little bleeding from the piercing and I sat there for about 10 minutes to make sure everything was fine. When Jeannie was satisfied that everything was OK she said I could go.

That night: - A few drops of blood nothing to be worried about and requiring no intervention.

Day 2: - No bleeding, but the crusty build up on the ring tended to snag with any type of movement. Solved by cleaning the area when the snagging got too much to bear, a bit difficult to do when your at work.

Had a salt bath that evening still no bleeding and everything is OK.

Day 3: - Less on the crusty scene today can not feel a thing and forgot it was there for most of the day.

Day 4: - No problems at all and everything is fine.

The thing that has really surprised me is how fast things are healing.

Well as they say the bug has bitten me, now what shall it be next?
