My pubic try |
| ||||||||||||||||
I have in the past experimented with genital piercing. I have passed straight pins or sewing needles through my organ to prove something to myself. Quite fortunately without more than minor discomfort and some small loss of blood.I have puncturedthe urethra in the past and know well the loss of blood when that happens.In the past few weeks I have noted several references to genital piercing while reading and/or surfing the net. This led me to BME where I learned much more than I, perhaps, ever wanted to know. The results of this info was to renew my interest in this endeavor. I have seen what I want accomplish and have resolved to do so in Y2K. That will entail using the services of a professional. If for no other reason than it is faster and less frustrating.
To the point, I decided that due to current circumstances between jobs and geographically separated from my girlfriend. I would commence the program on my own. I looked at each of the procedures described in your free pages and the master FAQ site. While a PA would be my first choice and even for an amatuer is a simple and quick proposition, I decided that the Pubic area, while as noted one of the more difficult to pierce, was less conflicting and an independent place to begin. Even if it didn't heal properly, it would not take as long to heal or impede sexual activity over the next few weeks. Obtaining a large sewing needle and appropriate alcohol swabs and a piece of nylon, I sat in my work area and began the process of cleaning and poking.
Step 1. I picked a point slightly right of center about 1/2" above the penis and tried to insert the needle. It refused to penetrate even with some effort. Frustrated I stopped and regrouped my thoughts. Did I really want to do this? Yes. OK, What now?
Step 2. Got a smaller needle pushed it through the outer skin and then out at the proper spot(about 5/8" apart). Returned with the larger needle and tried to follow the track. No way. Droppped back a bit and relaxed. The frustration mounted but I had started and there was no way I was going to stop short of the mark.
Step 3. Tried to follow again. This time it went in but jammed about 1/4" in. Relaxed again and then proceeded. Slowly it went through to the desired exit point but I had to stop again as it would not break the skin. R & R about 5 min then pushed it through a little short on the exit but through, nonetheless. By now I was shaking with both relief and from the effort. Since my stomach is flat enough there and the folds and such were right, I decided to leave it that way for the night and finish it in the morning.Left it that way for about 3 hours and got some restless sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night with it binding at the entry point. No other problems. Decided to finish the job
Step 4. Got up with discomfort from the needle and removed it. Tried to follow it back with the nylon but it would not go into the exit hole. When the needle was out it would go in from the entry hole but not find the exit. It seemed to go through beyond the exit point but miss the exit track. After more than 15 minutes of frustration. I left the nylon in place and went back to sleep without any problem. The binding of the needle was gone and the nylon felt comfortable. Very little blood-- just a seep at each hole.
Step 5. I got up early in the morning, just after dawn and proceeded to complete the procedure. The ntlon had migrated back to the exit with only a minimal amount still in the hole. I was able to easily slide it back in and attempted to push nylon out the exit hole but again was stymied. I removed the nylon completely and re-reamed the passage with the needle. Once again I was unable to find the exit point. Finally,in frustration, I pushed the needle in the exit hole and reamed out the passage from that end. I inserted the nylon again from that end but although I could get almost all of it in I could not match the holes. Finally just at the piont of giving up, I returned to the original entry hole and pushed it in. At first it seemed to bypass the exit but after some minor twisting effort,it popped out the exit hole. That was a real thrill. I had done it. I had my first permanent (?) modification. I have cleaned the area with alcohol and again later with soap and water. It feels comfortable and even though it has only been 10 hours or so since I finished, I think it is going to be fine.
Step 6. This is still pending. Find an appropriate piece of jewelry to replace the current keeper. Job for the weekend.
Step 7. Research the locals shops for the next steps which I hope to begin with a PA.
Piercing is easy enough if you have the right mindset and patience. It is easier still if you have some semblance of the right equipment. The convenience, safety, and ease with which the professionals have accomplished their work as described in your other tales has convinced me that I will go that route for my next pierce.
