I'm in love with a Prince |
| ||||||||||||||||
My piercing experience so far has been; a plain left ear (with a gun, gasp) from Claire's my parents signed for that and a tongue piercing 12ga Stainless Steel Barbell which my buddy Paul signed for when I was 15 (bless his heart). So I had researched body piercing on the net quite a bit in the last year on BME, rec . arts . bodyart News Group, and elsewhere on the net. I lurked on the RAB news group and asked a few questions. I also scoured BME. I found I was most interested in genital piercing, particularly a Prince Albert.
I had just moved to FL, turned eighteen years old, and made friends with a girl Kim. She has many piercings, (labret, stretched ears, hood, nipples, industrial ear) not to mention many tattoos. She recommended I goto Fun House Tattoo and tell them little Kim sent me. So I go to Fun House Tattoo, it seems clean, and I ask about a Prince Albert. The man I talked to said he didn't like touching guys dicks, but he would do it for a "buck - fifty" ($150). I told him,"Little Kim sent me." And he said OK I'll do it for $130 (what a deal). He explained that he's done quite a Prince Alberts and he's one of the most experienced piercers in the area, he just does not like touching guys dicks. I think to myself, piercing is this guys job, we all have to do things at work we don't like once in a while, why not just grin and bear it. I decided to take my money, penis and business to someone who actually wants to pierce my dick.
After looking through the yellow pages, I found a lady who works out of a store in South Beach called Gaydar. She was friendly and said she would do it for 60 dollars. I decided this was the right time, especially because I had just turned 18. My friend Holly sat next to me and held my hand : } (it's much more comforting if a good friend is there with you) after I was prepped with iodine and marked for the hole, Holly suggested I not look, which I thought was a good idea. The piercer inserted the receiving tube (quite enjoyable, I don't know why every one says this is the pary that hurts the most), told me to breathe deeply and inserted the needle, it felt like a 2 second hard pinch (not at all what I expected). I bled a few drops and she inserted a 10ga SS CBR. She carefully wrapped it in gauze and rubber glove and secured it with a rubber band. I sat there for a few minutes while my body came off the rush of endorphins and I was just fine. Holly decided to get a lower navel done so I held her hand while that was done. We both walked out funny, me like I had jock itch and her with her protecting her belly.
Out of all my piercings (ear and tongue) my Prince Albert has healed the fastest, but also bled the most for 2 days and of course stung with urination (it's wierd to see bloody urine). In a week I had no discomfort with masturbation (or any other sexual activity for that matter) ... just go to show some people's bodies heal faster than others.
Recently I purchased an 8ga plastic Ultra Violet Sensitive CBR it looked way cool. The beads in my 10ga CBR and 8ga CBR both fell out while sleeping. I think the bead fell out of the 10ga SS CBR because the ends were not polished properly. And the plastic one there is simply not enough tension to keep the bead in while moving around in my sleep. ALWAYS inspect the jewelry before you buy it, ask yourself is it appropriate for your piecing and make sure if it is metal that it is polished properly, no nicks or rough edges.
I look back and I can't believe I got it done. If you are thinking about getting a genital piercing I recommend it. The pain is forgotten as quickly as it happens. I now wear an 8ga SS Circular Barbell and I'm very happy with it, I love my Prince :} All in all I love how it looks but I don't receive any more pleasure during sex... maybe I'll get a prince's wand... my next project. Experimenting with sounds and wands might make my Prince Albert that much more gratifying.
Peace,
Cameron
One graduated from here with a great deal of knowledge, but still that knowledge amounted, metaphorically speaking, to a shaft of light falling on the head of a boy as he peaks through a crack in the doorway into a great and awesome hallway of light.
