Okay, so, I used to have quite a few piercings, until I joined the army (where of course I had to take them all out). Anyway, sometime around January I was sitting in a tower on guard duty in Afghanistan, talking to the guy on duty with me, and somehow got on the topic of "gettin ur dick pierced". It got mentioned again later in a larger group, and I said I'd do it. This was of course followed by a lot of, ahhhs, ouches, and you don't got the balls to do it. Well about nine months later, I'm back home, and still thinking about doing it.

After about thirty minutes of standing there I finally built up the courage to walk go in and ask the guy behind the counter about it. He asked what kind of piercing I wanted, to which I responded, "a prince albert". He told me to hang tight while he went to get the piercer. I sat down, and a few minutes later the piercer came out, and we talked about it for a few a while. I couldn't help but ask the stupid question "is it gonna hurt?". He told me most guys say there is a sharp initial pain, but after that its fine.
He headed into the back to get his stuff ready, and called me back after about five minutes or so. He had me lay down, and told me to drop my pants so I did of course, and DAMN my dick had shrunk up! I mean I'm not trying to sound like one of those guys trying to brag about how big there shit is, I'm more than happy to be an average 6 1/2 inches, but what I was looking down at now couldn't have been an inch at most! Pretty embarrassing actually. He did his thing showing me all the tools and going over the procedure, and I couldn't help but notice how thick that receiving tube (looked about as big around as a 0g ring), and 10g needle looked.
He made a mark and told me he was going to put it through right in the center, and that some people have to have it placed on either side of that web of skin on the bottom. Now for the first completely suck part. He rubbed the receiving tube in a little bit of lube, and began sliding it in. Definitely not the most comfortable feeling in the world, I remember letting out a groan or two while this was happening, but once it was in I was sure the worst was over (having read a few of these articles where people say the receiving tube is the worst part). Apparently I was wrong. He told me to take a deep breath in and out and began pushing the needle through. Oh my god that shit hurt! Way worse than nipple piercings, but as soon as the needle was through the pain stopped completely, so it was only about 2 or 3 very long seconds of pain. Then he showed me the ring again an 8g horseshoe and showed me the taper he was going to use to get it through. The stretch itself was pre tty much painless, couldn't feel i at all really.
There was no blood at all (I don't think my dick had a drop left in it in the first place). So I pulled my pants back up, and he went over the aftercare information, I paid, about $65, and he told me to call him if I had any problems with it. I had to piss as soon as I got home, and figured I'd be better off sitting down which turned out to be a good idea as it looked like a sprinkler, but there was no burning involved, and still no blood. And the next morning was the only time I'd noticed any bleeding at all. A small spot of blood on my sheets about the size of a quarter, but no more after that.
I have to admit aside from the pain of having it pierced this was the easiest piercing I'd ever had. I never felt any pain or soreness since, though during PT for the first week or so the feeling of the ring moving around while I was running was an odd sensation.
Well its been about a month now since I got it done. I think the jewelry put in was a little to small, which is no big deal really. Kind of stretches out the hole when I get an erection though, but I guess that will just make it easier to gauge later on! Anyway, I hope this helps!
