My experience with body modification started about 4 years ago when I got my nipples pierced. When I got that done I had intended to stretch up from a 12 gauge to a 10 gauge right away, but I kept putting it off. Finally, four years later I decided to follow through and get new jewelry put in and have my nipples stretched. I went back to the place I had the piercing done (Passage in Toronto) but was told they no longer did piercings and they referred me to Exotix down the street. I put off going to Exotix for another two weeks.

I decided to do a bit more research and return later the following week. When I got home I started to some research and came across this website. Well soon enough I found myself looking at the genital piercing section. I have always been intrigued by genital piercings. I've been with guys before who have had PA's and other genital piercings and always liked them. So I started reading other people's experiences and knew right away it was something I had to have done. I was excited but nervous.
The next day I called Exotix to make an appointment with Bryant for the same day to have the nipple stretching done. I also told the person who answered that I was looking to talk to someone about getting a genital piercing done. He said Bryant didn't do them, but he did and I could talk to him when I came in. So we set an appointment for that day (Sunday) at 4pm. Even though I knew I had a lot of questions to ask before making my decision to get this done I stopped at the local drugstore to stock up on first aid supplies (absorbent pads, medical gloves, etc). I had read a lot on this site about the copious amounts of bleeding some people go through.
3:50 came and I walked down to Exotix in the cold freezing rain we had here in Toronto this past weekend. I went in and asked to speak to Bryant. He was ready for me, and introduced me to Six, the other piercer who handles genital piercing. I knew the process from doing my research here but my big concern was the amount of blood to expect. Six assured me that I shouldn't expect too much blood. He said he had heard stories of people bleeding a lot, but had never experienced it with his clients. So I told him I wanted to have it done and asked if he could do it then. Being very dead in the shop he was able to do it right after my nipple stretching. We discussed jewelry and I ended up going for an 8 guage screw on ball ring. Six recommended the screw on ball ring as an option in case I'm ever with someone who doesn't like a PA...it's easy to remove and put back in. After picking out my jewelry I filled out the paperwork while Six and Bryant got ready for me.
After completing the paperwork we headed to the room where they do the piercing. First was my nipple stretching. Ouch..that hurt more then expected and made me wonder if I still wanted to proceed with having a needle put through my dick. After the nipple stretching Six came in and prepared me for the PA piercing. I undressed and got on the table. At this point I tried to just relax and block out as much as possible. Six cleaned me up and inserted the receiving tube. This was quite painful and uncomfortable. Next he told me to breathe in and on the out he would pierce me. Unlike some people on this site I felt a lot of pain as the needle went through. I nearly kicked Six in the face with my leg. And just as quickly as the pain came it was gone and over with. He told me the needle was through and asked if I was all right. I said there stunned for a few minutes while he put the jewelry in. Finally I looked down and saw my newly pierced dick. No blood, not a drop. We went through the after care instructions which consisted of sea salt water soaks twice daily for 10 minutes. It was recommended that I not do a wash with soap as it would over dry the area. After that I paid ($300 for all three things—2 nipple stretching and the PA) and left a tip. The walk home was uneventful and I found it funny that I had just had a needle stuck through my dick and was still walking around 15 minutes later.
I didn't wait long for my first pee. I had drunk a lot of water to dilute my piss. The first piss was fine..no burning that others have experienced. That night I did my first cleaning and was still expecting bleeding, but still no blood. The next morning I got up and did my second cleaning and did notice a small bit of blood on the jewelry but other then that I've had no bleeding. Its healing well and I had my first jerk off which was intense. Occasionally I do get a bit of discomfort in the night or when walking but so far everything has went smoothly and I'm happy with my new piercing.
