Once I had my first piercing done (a 12ga PA), I had the bug. You know that feeling that you just want to have another piercing done? Many people experience a similar rush after getting a tattoo.

Fast forward a few months, I am healed and the PA is looking pretty good. Its effect on my urination was slightly annoying, but I was coming to grips with the proper way to piss standing up without getting it all over myself or the floor.
Ladies - I think every man should get a PA just to understand what a hassle it is to have to sit down to piss. Respect.
So what would my next move be? Do I want to keep the PA or convert it to an Apadravya? I decided that the appie was what I wanted.
As it turned out scheduling an apadravya was a lot more difficult that I ever thought it would be. Schedule conflicts wasted a few weeks with one piercer, and other shop issues caused another to languish in limbo for almost a month and a half.
My patience was gone I will admit, and after several calls I was told I would receive never came, we both decided to part ways. No worries, nothing personal.
So I opted for a new goal, something that I could do myself, or so I thought -- Get my PA to 00ga.
I didn't set a timeframe for this, but I thought in my head that getting to 4ga would be a piece of cake. Like many people who decide to do a DIY procedure, I unfortunately did not prepare sufficiently.
Taper? Why spend money when there are things like knitting needles or an old shop awl. Or hell, why even use one at all? Enough pressure and it should just pop through right?
Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. I admit, I was caught up in the moment. I am sure my rudimentary tool prep would have made every BME piercer faint at the horror. Thank god the hole was already healed.
As you can guess, none of what I tried worked, in fact I couldn't even manage to get the 6ga circular barbell in.
What I had accomplished what causing a thin rlesh ring to appear outside of the piercing hole. It looked a lot like pictures of a blowout, but given that I was pushing in, it was father odd, and disconcerting to look at.
After a few more attempts it actually came off, which was somewhat disconcerting to see, but I am glad happened because I did not like the look of it.
By this time, I had my wits about me. I went to an online piercing store and bought a 8ga to 6ga metal taper. It had a hollow end that the cbr fit into, which when looking at it made SO much sense. My prior dumb ass attempts seemed to much more stupid. Less learned.
So I mixed up a batch hot mild sea salt solution and soaked my penis for about 5 minutes to loosen things up.
Liberally covering the taper in vaseline I started to push it through. I guess the best way to describe the feeling is a burning sensation. It really is quite a bit more pronounced and real when its you pushing the taper through, a little bit at a time.
But on I went, keeping things lubed up, and pushing slowly. When I finally reached the 6ga mark the taper instantly pushed through, it was a bit of a shock given that I was pushing and up until this point it felt like I was using a cigarette.
Pushing the jewely into the end of the taper, it easily slid through and just like that, I was at 6ga. My hands trembled slightly as I tried to screw the balls on, a clear sign that I was more amped up than I realized.
Fast forward two weeks, I keep looking at this 4ga black circular barbell sitting on my shelf. I want it. And after a trip to a local shop I was on my way home with a 6ga to 4ga taper.
The experience was much like the first time, with the exception being that 4ga is a lot bigger than 6! Or at least it felt that way. Eventually I felt a pronounced pop and the taper was through. Almost no bleeding.
Looking at it now I just can't believe how big it looks. I love the way the metal looks going into the underside of my cock. Despite my desires I plan on giving this a few weeks or a month to heal before I go to 2ga.
Ultimately I want to get to 00ga and have some heavy steel between my legs. I really dont see anything standing in my way other than time. Updates to follow.
