Well about 6 months ago I finally got up the nerve to get a P.A. piercing with the plan of (eventually) wearing it with a Mistress Lori tube. I looked up some good piercing studios and fortunately I live rather close to Enigma, which I read some very good reviews about. So after a 40 minute bus ride I was standing outside the Enigma studio, which looks more like a house with a neon sign on it, on the outskirts of downtown Pacific Beach (at least I think it was Pacific Beach). Anyway suffice to say the shop was very nice inside, everything was sterile, the piercer guy was very cool and made me feel at ease, seemed to know his stuff and told me all about the risks and such, and what precautions I should take.

I can definitely say that was NOT the painful part, although it was definitely uncomfortable. But yes, having the needle shoved in was definitely the most painful part. Probably the worst pain I've ever experienced (never broken an arm or anything), but it only lasted about a half a second maybe, and then it was *almost* completely over, with just a little bit of tenderness.
Also of note I guess is the fact that he didn't use anesthetic or anything, just some antibiotic stuff. Also there was absolutely zero bleeding initially, which was great. Apparently it helped that he actually pierced me at a 12 gauge and then the jewelry he put in was 10 gauge, so it reduced bleeding.
Healing went fine, used sea salt and distilled water mixture like I was told to do. The only time I really bled was the next day when I did the sea salt for the first time, other than that it healed up great.
After waiting 4 months or so I ordered my Lori's #14. which arrived a few days ago. The tube was of very good worksmanship, very light weight (I got one of the plastic ones) and much more comfortable than the CB-xk series. It is quite possible I believe to wear the tube without wearing the testie ring, with just the piercing to hold the tube in place.
That said I wore it like that for about 48 hours before it eventually became very uncomfortable, so I took it off and found that I had a bit of scar tissue at the head of my little peepee. I believe the main reason for this was the fact that before my piercing was a 10 gauge and the device is 8 gauge, so I was putting on the added stress of the piercing having to stretch, along with the weight of the device pulling on it.
The scariest part about this was that after two days wearing the tube my head started to sort of change shape. The way the piercing was pulling on it, the little ridge on the bottom was starting to disappear or rather turn outwards so it looked sort of like an exposed vein or something. And then also there was a bit of scar tissue at the top where the piercing pin came out
Anyway for the time being I am going to try and give the piercing time to stretch without the added strain of getting pulled on by the tube. Went out today and bought an 8 gauge curved barbell from Enigma. I have to say I much prefer the look of the new jewelry to the captive ring I had before. For one thing the captive always seemed to push outwards so it was not very comfortable to wear, whereas the barbell is nice in that none of it really sticks out, other than the two balls. It also looks much cooler if you ask me. But most of all I'm excited to eventually heal up again and lock myself back up (or rather my KH will be) and trying again. It has been an awesome experience being locked up for the past few days, and I am very hopeful it will be possible to do so without any discomfort/damage.
For anyone (which is I guess most people) who has never tried teasing and denial I have to say it is great fun. It makes you appreciate any form or release so much more than you did before, and if you are into power exchange, as I am, it gives the dominant person a great way to reward/punish the sub. Even getting to stroke for a bit is such a treat for me, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
