I had been giving thoughts to getting a genital piercing since I first got into it 10 years ago. Not content with the visible piercing's I had, 21 in all, I decided I wanted to have something personal, that only me and a few select others would ever see.

Left Ear: 12mm lobe,), a rook, a tragus, 3 conch's (one dermal punched @ 4mm).
Right Ear: 12mm lode, one industrial, a rook, a tragus, 3 conches.
In addition I had my labret, tongue, nipples (one vert & one horizontal in both nipples) and a surface piercing in my upper arm.
I may have no trouble traveling 100 miles to get pierced but I cant seem to be arsed getting my camera and putting up photos (but I will I promise)
So at 0800 on a Saturday morning, very hungover, I began my 100 mile round trip to my favourite, and in my opinion the best, studio in the province. Snakebite! When I arrived I was greeted by the people working there who always have a smile and a chat with customers, I asked if they could squeeze me in for my PA ,(the studio was packed with a group of American tourists all wanting eyebrow piercings to mark their departure from our beautiful, but permanently wet isle).
Not expecting there to be any hope I was delighted when they said they would do it there and then. I sat down and looked at the pictures adorning the walls of the newly decorated studio. While I was waiting I chatted to the owner Rob about the possibility of getting vertical labrets in the future, he was a bit hesitant but only because of the trouble o getting the jewellery to fit in the mouth. After 20 minutes of chatting they were ready to start the procedure.
My piercer Steve brought me into the private piercing room and explained the procedure thoroughly then asked if I wanted anaesthetic cream. I decided not to avail, mainly because he said it would make little difference in the pain anyway. But partly to satisfy myself that I could get through this on my own.
So came the moment of truth, I dropped my pants, lay down and watched Steve prepare the instruments of torture (or pleasure depending on your personal view). He inserted a tube into the tip of my penis and gently pushed it left and right to guage the exit points. Not the nicest of sensations I must admit but not as bad as I had thought it would be.
So there I am half naked, dots marked and suddenly the whole weight of what was about to happen hit me! I burst into laughter at the situation. After a minute or so I collected myself and told Steve that I was ready. He said that on the third deep breath (my preferred method of pain control) he would start.
As the pain started I could feel nothing but a cool sensation, but that soon passed to a very sharp one as the needle entered the urethra and another fresh blast of pain as it exited. But it was over in 5 or 6 seconds and when I looked down the sight of the needle embedded in my dick was an unreal one. I felt as pleased as punch. The only real pain at that stage was my hangover.
I waited for the jewellery ( a 2.4mm CBR) to be inserted, this pinched a little as the needle exited but it was a negligible pain and I was just excited to get out of the studio and go for a few drinks with my friends and sort out my hangover.
Since im the only person in my town who is pierced (a few eyebrows and lips would be the most you'd see) I decided to keep this one to myself. Country people in this country aren't the most open minded in the world and trying to explain it would be a big waste of time and effort.
Anyway that was 5 years ago and since ive had an ampallang (stretched to 4mm) and a few others bits and pieces done. Unfortunately I decided to re-train as a nurse this year and most of my visible piercings have been removed (BOO HOO). But its nice to be called upon to remove patients jewellery, this stops idiot doctors going at the piercing with a cutter to remove it, and it annoys the tits out of the doctors to see a "lowly" nurse knowing a hell of a lot more about these things than they ever will.
Anyway to sum up my PA was one of the most positive experiences in my life. The sex is great and now when any local idiot asks if I have my knob pierced I can say yea and enjoy the horrified look on their face.
