For years I have wanted to get a PA. Not only do they look really good but they are a valuable addition to anyone into BDSM :) No w first of all I should explain that I am really bad with needles and blood (pain is OK!) so the actual process of getting a piercing was a big step for me to take, but I finally decided to do it.

We decided to get the train down to London but didn't find out until we got on-board that there were engineering works on the line, turning the 30 minute journey into a 1hour 15 journey! By the time we got into London I had had so much time to think about the piercing I was a nervous wreck. At Waterloo station my boyfriend made me eat a sandwich and some crisps, as he had been told by the studio that I needed to eat before the piercing. I somehow managed to eat some food, but found it really hard work.
We arrived at Cold Steel 1 hour before the piercing was due as they like to see you before hand to sort out the paperwork. Luckily for me they were quiet as it was a Sunday and they would be able to pierce me straight away. We went up to the room and the lady piercer was really nice. She spoke in a really calming tone and made me feel at ease while she explained everything that would happen. She then had me take down my trousers and hop up onto the bed.
She cleaned everything several times and changed here gloves after everything; this made me feel really calm and confident that picking this studio was a good choice. She told me that she would insert a tube down my urethra and that it may be uncomfortable and if I need to stop just say, luckily as I like sounding this part was rather enjoyable. She then told me that I should take a deep breath and then breath out slowly she would then do the piercing.
I took a deep breath in, and then slowly exhaled... Wow, although there was a small sharp feeling, the actual feeling was very enjoyable and I was amazed it was done. She put the ring in place and closed it up. Finally I got the courage to look down, it looked good; so good that my scared-small penis started to restore back to its normal size and a bit more. I had to stop looking to prevent any embarrassment.
I was then explained all the aftercare and told to call if I have any problems or wanted to ask any questions. She then showed me here preferred way to keep it from bleeding on my clothes, which involved wrapping my penis in tissue, then placing a latex glove over the top and securing it all in place with an elastic band. She provided us with some clean latex gloves to use when I replace the dressing later.
We finished up and brought aftercare soap to clean it with before s-l-o-w-l-y walking back to the tube station - feeling a bit sore.
The piercing bled for the first 4 days, and I had some pain when urinating but after that it healed very quickly. Work was fun as every time I used the toilet for the first 2 weeks I had to unwrap my glove & tissue combination before I could go.
I'm really pleased with it; it's now fully healed and can be played with very roughly. I have had to re-master standing at a urinal but I can now use one almost like normal, my shoe does occasionally get pissed on though!
All this time I had been worried about the needle and the blood, but there was nothing to worry about, it was the fear in my head that was causing this, in reality there was nothing to worry about. All I could think was "why didn't I get this done earlier". As someone who was very nervous about needles before this, I now feel fine and am looking forward to getting my nipples pierced next although I understand these hurt more! I will definitely be going back to Cold Steel, they were very professional and really nice – which is great when someone is about to stick a sharp metal instrument through your body.
In summary I would like to say to anyone who has been thinking about getting a PA, go for it. It's really easy to get done and you won't regret it. Your only regret will be wondering why you didn't do it sooner.
