I originally received my PA about 7 years ago, in a little studio in Albuquerque, NM. I had been seeing pictures and fantazied about having one for a long time and finally decided to take the plunge and get it done. I went in and made an appointment and to my surprise they said that they could do it right then. EEK! I thought I would have some time to comtemplate it and stew over the pain that it would be, but in the end I decided to go ahead and get it done.

We went into the room and after signing the papers and all I was kindly asked to drop my drawers. Cool. The piercer started bringing stuff out of drawers and laying them on the nice little stainless steel table right in front of me and then the blood started pumping and the adrenaline flowing. They explained the procedure to me and then inserted the receiving tube in. I thought well that is an interesting feeling, but I knew what was coming, and started sweating a little more. She had me lay back on the table and take a few breaths, and then OUCH, and it was over, or so I thought. I looked down and all it was so far was the piercing needle stuck in my dick, I thought gawd is it going to hurt more? However, putting the jewelery in was a simple task that only had a little feeling of pulling something through.

After being all wrapped up and put in the usual rubber glove diaper, I went home. I thought I would check out things after a few hours and was a little more than nervous when I saw all the blood everywhere, apparently I was a real bleeder and didn't know. It took me about a week before I finally quit bleeding at every slight little jar.

Now warp ahead about six months, I started getting really frustrated with the PA, it still hurt all the time, like it was rubbing on a nerve or something. I thought maybe because of the size, it was just pinching and that was the cause of the pain. I upsized several times up to a 8ga but still continued to have issues.

After a year I gave up and pulled it out. I was told by everyone that the hole would heal over and that would be that, WRONG. The hole never close completely and I had to hold my finger on the hole to pee standing up, that sucked. I still wished my PA worked out so after 7 years, I decided to try putting in a ring again.

I started with as large of size I could put back in the hole which ended up being a 12ga, I wore that for a few days and then went to a 10ga, all the time still feeling the same thing I did years back. I thought well this time I am going to keep upsizing until it stopped hurting as everytime I did upsize it hurt a little less. I went to an 8ga, and 6ga, 4ga and then finally a 2ga. I had the 2ga in for a few months and it seemed that the pain that I had kept feeling was finally gone, so being the impatient person I am I decided to go for the 0ga ring.

I shop around for a while just trying to find a 0ga circular barbell and took me a couple weeks to find someone that had one. I went to the piercing studio to buy it and figured that it would be an easy upsize as the others had been, but seeing as I hadn't had the 2ga for long my hole was not stretched out a lot. The piercer said it should be good with a taper and that he could do it. I thought sure why not let him do it, how bad could someone fuck up with a taper and putting in a larger guage ring. Well I found out.

First off, this place was new in the area, but not new as a shop. This new shop had only been open for a couple months, and they were not as well stocked as the other shop they have. The guy came into the room with the taper and the jewelry and began to put the taper through. I thought shit, this hurts more than the original piercing, and then I felt a release of pressure and thought it was over, BOY WAS I WRONG. Apparently the guy missed on the pass through. He apologized for missing it and then said that he didn't have a taper with a screw in end that they normally do, so basically it was just metal to metal and he had to keep them lined up as he passed it through. He began again on his second try, and pushed the taper through and this time he pushed it to far.

Ok now I am getting a little pissed and am bleeding all over the place because of the stretch and his missing and catching the skin. Third attempt, he fuckin missed again. Well I was about over it and ready to put the old 2ga back in since this was starting to hurt like a mother, but gave him one more shot, and finally he got it in.

So here I am now about 2 weeks from the last upsize to the 0ga, and having to go through the whole healing process all over again. Great! The morale of the story is BE SURE YOUR PIERCER HAS THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT, AND IS EXPERIENCED ENOUGH. It would be a safe assumption that the guy lied about his experience as a piercer and I would be scared to death to have gotten an original piercing from him. The only good thing that came from this was that I got the jewelry dirt cheap, because of his fuck ups.
