I had my first sexual encounter with a pierced man many years ago, and the excitement of that encounter never left me. Seeing a cock pierced with a large circular barbell gets me rock hard in no time! I have wanted to get a PA for over a decade, but was completely put off by the pain I assumed would be involved. So, despite how hot I think they look, I never felt I could subject myself to such excruciating pain.

Prior to International Mr. Leather 2005 in Chicago, I did some volunteer work helping stuff weekend bags for those who purchased IML packages. One of the items that went into these bags was a card advertising the Palm Springs Piercing company. The ad immediately caught my attention...a nice thick cock with this thick, highly polished, silver circular barbell running through it (I have no idea what gauge). I immediately got hard, and decided the time had come. I was not going to let this IML weekend go by without getting pierced!

So on the first day that the Leather Market opened, I dropped by the Palm Springs Piercing booth and asked all my questions. I hadn't done any research on a Prince Albert in over 10 years, so I had all kinds of questions. Both David M. and Roger G. were very forthcoming and patient with me. They even answered important questions that I failed to ask. Finally, Roger looks at me and says, "It's time to size you." I whip out my cock right there at the booth and he says "Nice piece – a ¾ inch diameter will be good for you." We then talk about what gauge to get.

Still being somewhat of a wimp about the whole thing, I say that a 12g is about where I want to start. Roger immediately says that he would not recommend anything less than 10g for a PA, especially for me. He even says that I may want to start with an 8g. We look at jewelry, and I get to see the difference in thickness between those three sizes and I opt for a 10g stainless steel CBR. I pay for everything, sign up for a piercing appointment time, get the suite address, and immediately think to myself...after more than 10 years, in less than 24 hours, I will be pierced!

Later that night, knowing that this will be the last time I can have sex for at least a month, I have this very charged session with this German (Jens) in town for IML. He was uncut and pierced with a 2g, and when I mentioned that I was getting pierced the next day, he laughed and asked when my appointment time was. Turns out, he was getting his nipples done, and his appointment was 40 minutes before mine. He offered to stick around for me, since I hadn't told my friends about what I was doing because I wasn't entirely sure I'd go through with it. All this piercing talk got us both excited again, and the second session was even more intense than the first.

Monday 4pm arrives, and it's time for my appointment. Jens, the German guy from the night before, is there smiling when I knock on the door. I get to watch the appointment before me finish up, as they a running a bit behind schedule. I fill out all the paper work, and I am asked for my jewelry. I respond that I wasn't given any, but show my receipt that it had been paid for. After retrieving the jewelry, things are back on track. The time has come.

I drop my leather jeans and lay back on this table. David goes through his sterilization procedures and tells me everything that's going to happen. Before I know it, the receiving tube is in, and I am counting to three. I wait on this great rush of pain that has prevented me from doing this for 10 years to wash over me, and it never comes. In fact, the receiving tube wasn't even THAT uncomfortable. The most unnerving thing for me was the blood. I knew I was a bleeder based on my tattoo experience, and that fact was brought home even more with this procedure. It took a while for the bleeding to stop, but it did. David gave me extra gloves, swabs, wraps, etc. along with my aftercare sea salt kit since I wasn't going to be headed home right away. He also gave me his contact info in case I had any questions. After tipping him, I was on my way.

The first piss after wasn't bad. I sprayed all over the place, but there was little blood. I managed to get through the first night and first week fairly easily as well. Then, I just had to masturbate. A week of no sex was killing me. The sensations from the movement/vibration of the ring made my climax that much more intense. From that night on, I looked forward to getting to know myself a bit more personally each night.

After the third week, I realized my piercing had stretched itself, and that I could probably fit a bigger ring through it. I bought an 8g circular barbell from bodyartforms.com and set about putting it in. After struggling to get the 10g CBR off without the proper opening tools, I was able to slip the 8g CBB in without a hitch. The internal threading made it that much easier. Three weeks later, I moved to my current size of a 6g CBB.

David had warned me that I probably shouldn't go past a 6g...something about me having a shallow urethra...so I have listened to his advice so far, as he hasn't been wrong about anything. I am debating on ordering a 4g CBB, just in case this one stretches by itself as well, and I can fit one in with no problem. I would definitely stop there, however. That would be big enough for me.

So my advice to all you guys, if you are interested in a PA – go for it. Just make sure you have a professional do it, and that sterilization issues are addressed to your satisfaction. It really isn't all that painful, and the procedure heals quickly. You'll be happy you did it. I know I was! I just wish I had done this sooner...I often had trouble climaxing before being pierced. That is not an issue anymore!
