I first came to know of a Prince Albert when I read about it somewhere, I don't remember where. I had been raised that tattoos and piercings are bad. In fact, when I got my ear's pierced, my mom "Didn't want to talk about it"... I was 19. Anyways, my mom was sure not to ever see my pa, so why not?
At A Glance Author anonymous When Three months ago At the time I was still in high school and had decided on it, after debating for at least 3-4 months. I decided that I would get it over the summer going into my first year of college, but I got a construction job that would hinder the healing process. I bid my time and read a lot of experiences like this.
Finally, about 7 months into college, and a year later after wanting a prince albert, I started to hint about it to my buddies. I mean, what's the point of having it if no one knows about it? :) After about a week, my buddy was like, "Let's go get you a prince albert". Suddenly I was hesitant. I finally agreed and he drove.
Leaving the dorms we saw two of our fraternity brothers, and we lied, saying we were going to get food. They said they were hungry and going with us. Trapped, I confessed and they were only more eager to go.
We got to the shop, it was about maybe 10 minute wait. The piercer scanned my CA I.D. and I filled out the forms. SubQ started PAs at 10, and at the time the 10 gauge ring seemed like a monster. None of my friends watched, so me and my piercer went into a clean, private room. After he answered an annoying phone call from some underage girl asking how she could get a piercing, we got down to business.
He explained what he was doing, and asked me to drop my pants. Now I had tried to stay "chubby", but it didn't work out. My nerves got the best of me and I was pretty much a "turtle". Didn't seem to be a problem though, the receiving tube went in, fairly painless, followed by the needle. The needle felt like someone with manicured nails had pinched the skin, and pulled it really hard. A wince at the most.
I have to say something though, while craving a PA, I had played around and could eventually stick a Bic pen all the way down my urethra or my cellphone antenna, so the receiving tube wasn't as painful for me as some people professed. Weird, I know.
Anyways, after the ring was in place, I was told to stand up and that genital piercings could bleed a lot, or none at all... luckily mine bleed very minimally the entire day. I stood up, and my piercier grabbed my shaft and balls and wrapped the glove around them to catch the bleeding.
I was told to salt soak twice a day and use Dr. Bonner's soap, and use some sort of cream for the first three days only. I thought the glove idea was great, so I went out and bought a 100 pk. A waste of money. I had intended to wear them to bed, but midnight erections only thwarted my plan. I had intended to use them to catch blood, but only limited my ahem "room" and pulled at the ring, causing it to bleed.
I had to throw out that pair of underwear, and my only other instance of bleeding was on a 1 hr car drive, where I had my sub's thumping. I think the vibrations of the road and sub irritated it, and it bleed. Other than that, no blood clots after day 3.
Painwise, there is none now, 4 weeks later. The pain stopped about after 2 weeks. What happens is that crust builds up, and the ring cannot move. When you accidentally pull at the ring, the crust does not allow the piercing to rotate, which in turn pulls your skin, which in turn makes you wince and alter your step.
The upsides to a Prince Albert is it's shock value. I like to tell people I have a Prince Albert. Everyone I tell is interested to some level, and about 90% want to see it. It's kind of humorous when another guy begs you to show him your penis. Although it has caused a few problems when people ask me to show my Prince Albert to someone else while I'm drunk. Yea, you tend not to know when its time to put it away.
Secondly, it feels really good.
I can honestly say that I am glad I did it. I'm almost 100% healed. Now for the long term downside...
Peeing in a urinal is now a risk. The urine can follow the ring down and end up all over the floor, or worse, your pants. If you do follow though and get it I do have a tip though. Don't piss until you really have to, and when you do, forcefully piss. That way the urine will be one, tight, normal stream. Only a slight drip will occur.
Secondly, this doesn't seem to be, but is a downside. Due to the heightened sensitivity and sensation from the Prince Albert, I have by thus far, have had more than usual erections. This has caused me to be more horny and makes masturbation more frequent. Haven't had sex with it yet, but I'm sure that on my part the Prince Albert will heighten my climax over pre-prince.
