I had a nipple pierced and wanted something else, something private for me and my partner. Natural next step for me was a genital piercing, but where? I read all I could before doing it, but had a couple of questions that never seemed to be addressed, so I will attempt. Compared to having my nipple done, this was a piece of cake. The nipple took forever to heal and stretchings were difficult. My primary concerns were: How do you have sex with it (afraid the ball would fall off) and do you have to sit to pee after doing it? My piercer refused to start at a gauge less than 12, because he said there may be tears, and I was not going to fight him on that. But I knew I was going to guage up as soon as possible, and I did. At regular 6 week intervals, I would size up with my piercer using a taper. Never felt more than a slight pinch on each stretch. Never skipped a guage, but have gone from a 12 to a 4,where I will stay.
You would think you would be hyper aware of this new object, but only time I noticed was when it was out during stretching, it felt wierd not having it in. You become accustomed to the ring and the weight it adds to your dick.
I tend to enjoy piercings more as sexual enhancements more than jewelry. I like the fact that most people don't know I have any body piercings. I can keep it between me and my partner that way.
OK, Re: peeing.
You have to learn how to do it all over again. You do not have to sit and pee which some people told me would happen. But it is easy to do. I would suggest a CBR or circular bar with balls on the end. You have to put the ball up against the underside of the shaft, and hold it tight, then your pee stream works as normal. It also helps if you hold your dick at a 90 degree angle. Not sure why, but it makes all the difference. A urinal is no problem, but toilets take a bit of practice. Not like us guys are perfect shots anyway. Takes a bit of practice, but can be accomplished quickly.
OK, Re:sex.
I always thought(before having it done)that the ring stuck straight out all the time. It does not. You can bend it to either side of the head ( and indeed need too) before penetration. Then it is the same. Except for the fact that the sex is mind blowing. It really feels different, and continues to feel different long after the deed is done. The ball will not fall off. It will not break a condom. Just regular ol' mind blowing sex. It tends to hit some sweat spots(g-spot or prostate, depending on partner). Make sure the ring is tight and the ball is much larger than the diameter of the ring, moving inside the pee hole or the underside of the shaft would be most uncomfortable.
Final concern, which was my own problem.
I was afraid to go to my gym that I have gone to forever and be seen with dick hardware, guess what. No one notices it. Honestly. I am the only guy at my gym with a nipple or dick pierce (that I have seen) and no one has said a word. Either have not noticed or does not matter. Either the old farts cant see it due to bad eyes,or it scares them. In either case, who cares. So just do it, forget modesty and enjoy your life, wish I had done it earlier.
