It has been at least 4 months since I first said, "ok I'm going to get it done already." So, I went down to anatomic soon after, but I couldn't get it done that day because of some technical problems. "Fine, I'll come back in a few weeks." A few weeks later when I went back, there was no room to fit me in. So maybe I should've made appointments and all, but nevertheless I was fed up with all this stored-up adrenaline I had from thinking I'd be walking out with a new hole. Today I got my third chance to go. I called early and made sure there was time, I had friends to go with, and I had the car. All systems go!

My nerves are all up, and my hand shakes as I fill out the form and pay for today's procedure. I step in the room, which is quite chilly, and wait a few minutes for Syx to come in. I spend the time practicing my breathing techniques. I've been doing it for almost 18 years, but sometimes it seems like practice will come in handy. I see the clamps for the CBR's, and then my eyes shift over to the receiving tube. Ya, I know 10 gauge is big, but I didn't realize the tube had to be that thick.

"Okay, sorry for the wait, lets get started." I get the regular aftercare talk, don't do this, don't do that, wait this long. Then, I'm told to take my pants off. How does one take their pants off just like that. I wasn't really sure how to do it. It probably should have been the least of my concerns, but I found a way to do it looking very cool and casual. From here on I don't look down at my dick. But I can definitely feel what's happening there.

Mr. Happy gets a little cleaning before anything else, followed by placing the dots on the right spots. I trust Syx that they're fine, and he continues. Next pair of gloves is used for tube insertion. Truth be told, this wasn't so bad, not like what people have written. But then again, I've had a bit of experience with that. I'm getting ready for the needle, then I feel the tube come out and I hear, "you know what, lets get you some Xylocain to numb it down a bit." I know that there are a lot of people who don't appreciate using anesthetic with piercings, but since Syx recommended using it, I wasn't going to object. It did make me feel a little more comfortable having the whole thing done.

After the 2 minutes of the cream numbing my dick, the receiving tube is placed in my urethra, this time I feel nothing. As Syx gets ready, I start the appropriate breathing pattern, wait for the count to begin, deep in....out, deep in....out, deep in.... OUCH and its over. What does ouch mean? Ouch is a needle getting stabbed through your skin. It's not a sensitive pain, it's not a sexual pain, and it's not a slow, agonizing pain that shoots through your body. It was a quick pinch-and-a-half, could have been in any part of my body. I didn't even have time to shout in agony. And I now return to my regular breathing.

The next few minutes I just lay there waiting for the ring to be put in, the bead placed, and for some blood cleanup. No, there wasn't that much blood, just as much as you'd expect when you make a hole through your penis. Then, 25 minutes later, it's all done. I take a look at the ring, "wow that's big," smile, and watch Syx wrap my dick in soft paper towel, a glove, and a rubber band. "You'll be walking out with a pretty big package." And it sure does feel like it's big too. I pull my pants up, and walk on out. My two friends who were with me look at me with these inquisitive, surprised faces. They couldn't really believe I had gone through with it. The rest of the day was really easy. I could walk normally, I ate a good fast food meal, drove all the way home with no problem. As soon as I got home, I grabbed my salt and a cup and rushed straight to the bathroom. I took my boxers off and was quite shocked when I saw the amount of blood that had soaked through the paper towel . I think it's the closest I'll get to having a period I guess. So, preparing for the first piss, the one that I was expecting to hurt more than anything, I fill a cup with warm water, dip in, and relieve myself. To my pleasant surprise, there was no pain whatsoever. A little blood, but otherwise it was like any normal pee. I soaked and rinsed it, re-wrapped it in fresh tissue, and continued my day.

If you're reading this, you probably are thinking about having your PA done, and I recommend going for it. There's really nothing that should stop you from getting it, and the reward can only be better than the procedure.
