I started out viewing other Pa's and I didn't like the position of the piercing in the head and the angle of the piercing. I have a great shaped penis head and that made the difference on my self induced piercing! I love the rush of pain and the feeling of the needle moving through my sex member! I have a fantasy of piercing my urethra hole three times across the opening on each side and eventually being able to tie off the hole completely and urinating out my extremely stretched PA after the jewelry is removed! I pierced my nipples multiple times and have 0 gage hollow tubs normally used in ear lobe stretches in each nipple. That makes my nipples extremely sensitive!

I only pierce with new needles serialized and betadine as well as the piercing field! I have never had to take anything out due to infection. My ladies that have requested me to pierce them have done nothing but raved about the exact position they wanted their piercing. I look at the anatomy of each individual and maybe suggest an alternate location if their asking for a piercing that doesn't really work with their body size or the shape of their inner labia whatever? On every piercing I do on myself as well as others, I see the "to be pierced" area fully aroused to the point that I know how big the jewelry should be. I have them do whatever they feel comfortable in stimulating the area for the situation. Either me leaving the room or what ever they may conjure up? I am a firm believer that the only way to pierce is to study up on the area and be totally sterile at all times. If the piercing is to unique, I ask them to go some where they know does their type of piercing. I have always done every piercing only because their idea may have not been possible for their situation and I talk about a slightly different idea that the are equally excited about!
In getting back to my Prince Albert, I wanted to use a 12 gage ring (eventually moving up to a 4 gage) to help eliminate the times stretching to achieve my urinating goal. At one time I was considering inserting sound and still my depending on when I feel comfortable and feel like bearing the expense. I pierced my head and had no problem feeding the jewelry through the tight hole! The skin in this particular piercing is very sensitive to stretching and a new needle that helps cut the hole is a must! I enjoyed my PA so much that I decided to do something else across the head through the urethra in a large bar for extra female stimulation when heeled! I like the sensation, similar to an actual clit piercing, in that you can always feel a slight pull on your piercing or a catch on the zipper walking! I would definitely suggest others to follow. I feel it's the equivalent to a inner labia piercing or hood for a woman! Im my case, I was invited to go on an ocean trip and realized I would not have the proper cleaning time for my new piercing about a month and a half after the PA. I decided to pull the piercing temporarily and now I'm ready for a good occasion to do my PA. I'm going to go ahead and pierce across the head because I'm able to get far enough to avoid the urination sprinkle which occurs with the Prince Albert! I think it may be a solution to the misfortune of the piercing. At any rate, I will be piercing my penis one way or another and living what I feel is a more erotic and open minded experience! I can not stress it enough! Get your work done by a very clean persons shop or in a very well know, knowledgeable location. The best know ones are not always the best but your odds are better that they have the experience to come close to what you wanted. I have seen several times where the lady has come out with a piercing close to where she had dreams of and it was crooked! Or the piercer miss judged the length of bar and the piercing swelled up so much that it pulled one side of the barbell balls inside the piercing! That's why I have the "to be pierced" area slightly excited by the person to help me judge the length of the barbell or the size of the captive bead ring. Be sure the piercer has the knowledge to actually do the piercing you are requesting, to avoid any problems. Happy piercing...
