I started my body piercing when I turned the big 30. First was the navel...then the left nipple followed by the right. Next was a frenum piercing which, for me, was not a good one, the barbell had come unscrewed and had fallen out somewhere on the plane between Sydney and Los Angeles and as a result it was very difficult to get a new bar through and I had problems with it ever since. I finally decided to take it out afer about 6 months. I was pretty reluctant to even think about another piercing because of this experience. At that time I could not imagine getting a PA...that was the granddaddy of them all. It was a few months later after seeing and playing with a couple of guys that had PAs it got my interest going again.

I stared researching piercings here on BME and came to realize that maybe the PA would be a better piercing than I had experienced before. But I still did not think I had the guts to do it.

I had joked of and on with my partner about getting it done. He had encouraged me from the very beginning to get it done. He liked the look as much as I did. So....after dinner one evening we went just to look. Yeah, right. We chose the Emporium of Design because I had had both nipples pierced there and also because the shop is located in the city and county of Denver and becuase of this it is regulated by the State Health Department. Everything is very clean, autoclaved, sterile etc. If they suspect any alcohol they will refuse to do any piercing or tattooing. They are very professional and helpful.

I started speaking with Julie by first just asking questions about getting it done at some time in the future. I told her about my experience with my frenum and how discouraging that was. She reassured me that the PA was a much easier and faster healing type of piercing. She made me feel better and more confident in what I might be doing soon. Of course.... She said she had time right now if I wanted to proceed. I told her I doubted it but would let her know. She showed me the jewelry she was comfortable piercing with. She recommended a 10 gauge CBR.

Well, after milling around for an eternity trying to rationalize what I was doing and did I have the guts to do it. My partner said...if you want to do it at some point you might as well do it now. Yes, I guess he was right. No time like the present. So I told Julie I wanted to go ahead. Now the nerves started shaking up a bit.

I had actually committed to getting it done, no backing out now. Julie told us she would need a little time got get the room ready and I should relax. I had heard and read about the pain of having to piss afterward so I think i went 3 times while she was setting up.

She was now ready. My partner and went in, I sat on the dentist type chair not knowing whether to take my pants off or not. She then told me to drop my drawers and hop up. Uggghhhh. Mr. Happy was not so happy. She asked how big I was once erect. She then said the choice in the ring size was good. Julie had been a nurse before and said she was very confident in what she was now doing. She told me to relax and explained the entire process as she was doing it. She explained why she did not like to us a receiving tube and the actual needle would go in the urethra and would then pierce from the inside out. Deep breaths she told me, the needle was heavily lubed and I did not feel it go in. It was a quick pinch and then the jewelery was through. WOW, what an incredible feeling...it is very hard to explain. It is a very good one though. I can't believe it was virtually painless. My partner said he about died when he saw the size of the needle. I think I am glad I did not look at the actual needle. Might have sent me over the edge.

She talked me through the aftercare and sent me on my way. We had to go to the bar for a celebratory drink. Of course I had to pee while there. Not a good expierence. I tried to pee standing up and got blood/urine all over my jeans. Time to go home and clean up.

The healing process was a breeze compared to my navel or nipples. It bled pretty bad for a couple of days but after that, nothing. The healing went very well. I was very religious in the cleaning regiment.

About a week and a half after the piercing I had decided to stretch my nipples up a gauge. After that experience I was so turned on I had to try masterbating. It was incredible. I probably should have waited a bit longer but man o man was it good. Sex came about 3 weeks into the healing period. It was a bit uncomfortable at first but you just have to relax and get used to the new feelings.

I have since stretched from the initial 10 gauge to an 8 gauge and then to up to a 6 in a matter of about 2 months from the initial piercing. Stretching is not bad at all. Just a couple of days of soreness afterward and then it is business as usual.

I absolutely love it. It is great to have the feel if the weight and metal hitting your legs as you go up/down stairs as well as other everyday happenings. It is also fun to be at work or anywhere standing around with you hand in your pocket tugging a bit. It is a unique feeling knowing you have a ring in your dick.

Just do it.
