Pleasure and Pain

Well, I have just graduated from college with a degree in engineering. I have had a few other body modifications, but the genital region had yet to be explored. I had been thinking about getting a genital piercing done, but with school, I had not found the time to get it done. After researching various genital piercing on the Internet and speaking with some friends who have had it done, I decided on a prince albert. I felt it would be a good starter piercing and if I liked it; I would consider getting more genital piercings.

The day finally arrived. I decided to get it done on a Friday, so I would have the weekend to recover. I went to the local piercing shop I had gotten most of my other piercings done at, and spoke to Tom about getting a prince albert done. He showed me some pictures of various genital piercings and discussed what to expect healing wise and pain wise with each one. I was still steadfast about getting a prince albert, but I saw a picture of a single hafada done high up on the right side of the scrotum and decided I wanted to get one of those too. He made sure I was happy with my choice and then asked me what size I wanted to get. We went back to the room the piercings were done in, and I undressed. They did the piercings in a chair similar to a dentist's chair. I did not realize how cold the dentist's chair actually was. We decided on a ten-gauge bluish-purple titanium ring with a stainless steel bead. I decided on a matching fourteen-gauge titanium ring for my hafada. He cleaned the jewelry and then left the room for a moment. There was a moment of hesitation when he left the room, but I realized if I backed out of it, I would probably never get it done. I decided to go for it.

Tom returned to the room, and asked if I was ready. With confidence and determination, I said yes. He cleaned the area with a betadine like solution. He then started marking where, he would pierce. We decided to do the hafada first. He marked the position and I gave him the okay on the position. He clamped the area with a pair of forceps. He told me to count backwards from ten. Ten...Nine...Ouch! "You're pierced." The pain was not bad at all and there was only one small drop of blood. He inserted the jewelry and clamped the ring on the bead. Inserting the jewelry is always the worst part of the procedure for me. He told me to wait a few minutes while he prepared for the prince albert piercing. After getting, the hafada done the prince albert did not seam so bad.

He told me he was ready to pierce my penis if I was. I agreed and he began inserting the receiving tube into my urethra. It was a bit uncomfortable but nothing I could not handle. He then told me he was going to use a twelve-gauge needle then stretch to a ten-gauge hole. I closed my eyes and gripped the armrests of the chair. I did not want to involuntarily hit him. He told me to count backwards from ten once again. It worked the first time I was pierced, but now I knew he pierced on nine. Ten...Nine....Ouch! The needle was pushed through the underside of the head of my penis. The pain was sharp but it only lasted a second. It felt similar to my labret piercing. He pushed the needle out with the taper. That was the worst part of the whole procedure, but he assured me it would minimize the amount of blood. He then inserted the jewelry and fastened the bead. I gave me a cup of water and began to review the aftercare while he cleaned both of the piercings. I was so happy I got them done, even though they were somewhat painful and my prince albert was still bleeding a little. Tom said the bleeding might continue for up to 48 hrs, but otherwise the prince albert would heal relatively quickly. He finished cleaning my piercings then wrapped the area up in gauze and gave me a rubber glove to make sure the blood did not bleed through my clothing. I put my clothes back on and walked out to the main area with Tom. He gave me some sea salt and an antibacterial soap for cleaning. While paying for everything, I got a blue titanium bead for my labret and a blue titanium ring with a steel bead for my eyebrow and nipple. Now all of my piercings match.

It has been about two weeks now and everything is doing fine. I am still cleaning them twice a day. My prince albert appears to be healed, but I know just because it looks healed does not mean it is. I am planning to get some more hafada piercings and I am thinking about getting a frenum as well. I went and saw Tom yesterday, and he said they are doing fine. I think I am going to get acrylic rings when they are healed.
