No Freakin' Way ! |
| ||||||||||||||||
No freakin' way, at least that's what I told myself. The first time I read about someone with a P.A. (not on B.M.E.), I thought he was totally whacked for doing that to his unit. I had been researching about nipple piercing at the time and promptly forgot about P.A.s.In the meantime, I got both nipples pierced by Matt at Alpha Omega in Fairfield, Ca. Alpha Omega is a family owned and operated tattoo and piercing shop, and is kept spotless, clean, and well lit I can't speak highly enough about Matt and his wife Tiffany. Through my research, I had plenty of questions to ask, and Matt sat down with me and answered each question with confidence and knowledge. Matt and Tiffany have a number of years experience in the business, and it shows in their work and making their customers feel comfortable, well informed and at ease in a stressful situation.
Just before getting my nipples done, I had discovered B.M.E.and started reading other peoples experiences with different piercings, but still no serious interest in P.A.s, (although it was always in the back of my mind).
A couple of months after piercing my nipples, I got the urge to get pierced again but couldn't decide what or where. Again, I went to B.M.E. for more research, and I found myself going back to the P.A. stories more than the others.
After reading all the experiences posted, I decided to go ahead and do it, plus my wife was supportive about it and that helped with my decision.
I went back to Matt to get more information, (with the knowledge that I would get it done anyway). Again he answered all my questions to my satisfaction and also had the jewelery in stock that I wanted, (10ga, 5/8, SS, CBR).
After the paperwork, we went into the piercing room where he prepared all the tools and jewelery for the deed. My best buddy was sure scared as he tried to invert himself and hide, (can't blame him there). Matt took it in stride and said it was normal, then lubed up the receiving tube and asked if I was ready. I told him I was, so he started inserting the tube slowly and carefully. This is most uncomfortable and definitly the worst part of the whole thing. When he had tube opposite the premarked spot, he asked how I was doing and if I was ready for the next part, I told him I was fine and go ahead and continue. Matt told me to take some deep breaths and he would do it on the third exhale. I did my breathing and he pushed the needle through and into the receiving tube, and DAMN THAT HURT! Between the receiving tube and the pierce, I feel it was more painfull than the nipple piercings. The rush after was more intense also, ( I was buzzing for hours !)
Matt gave me a copy of aftercare instructions and said to call if there were any problems or questions. The first two or three pisses were painful and it bled for a few days, but that was about it. The healing time was about a month with no complications. I found that it helped to wear snug briefs to hold things in place, and wear fairly loose pants or sweat pants when possible so there will be no binding. It is also a good idea not shake the drops off for awhile after peeing, (you'll do it only once,ouch).The crusties stayed around for awhile, but after a couple of months they are no longer a problem. I washed my P.A. about three times a day for the first two weeks, and once or twice a day thereafter, then soaked it in a saltwater solution two times a day for about two months. I've found that I'm lucky enough to be able to stand when I pee, as there is no fan effect, ( I don't know if I'll be so fortunate when I start stretching up).
It has been seven months since getting it done and I haven't regretted it for one moment, sex has been more pleasurable for the wife and I, and we both get a chuckle when we look at it and realize what I did to myself. Oh well, it's been a good experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about doing it.
I just visited Matt again, this time for an 8ga stretch (April '00), and it went well , with only some minor discomfort. In a month or two, I'll go back and get a 6ga and I think that's as big as I want to go. I've been pretty impressed with Alpha Omega and their operation and I'll be back for my next adventure, (scrotum ladder perhaps, or ?)
If anyone has any questions on the experience, feel free to E mail me, Thanks, Gary
