Well, it's finally done. I can't believe I did it. I had been looking at guys with PA's for a few years now, and I thought it would be one hell of an experience for me. I never thought I could go through with it. The only things I have EVER gotten pierced in the past was my ears. I am a real baby when it comes to pain. I kept on fantasizing about having a PA. I kept on hearing about how it enhances sex. Well, I priced it at one of the places in Cleveland, but I didn't like the jewelry selection. Well, that gave me a chance to put it off. Did I mention I procrastinate? It came to the point that I was obsessing about it. I would always come to this website and look at the picturs, read the stories about the people who got them. This site did help me a lot.

Anyway, at the spur of the moment my boyfriend and I were passing a shop one day. We decided to go in. I was going to look at the jewelry that they had. I thought to myself, if I don't do it now, I will never do it. At this point, my boyfriend, was convinced that I was too chicken to have it done and that it would just never happen. Well, he asked to use that bathroom in the back of the shop. By the time he came out I had one hell of a surprise for him. I was called in the room which was super clean, by the way. I was told to lay down on the table with my pants down around my ankles. Then, a topical anesthetic was put on the hole of my penis. Then I saw the hollow tube that goes down the hole. This was really scaring me. My heart was beating out of my chest at the time. That was done and over with. Now comes this needle. All needles are the same for me....I hate them. They scare me. So, it was at that point, I decided to lay down and not watch. There was some pressure and a little pain and discomfort. However, it was over and done with in under 5 minutes-including time it took to ring me out. I was shocked it went so fast. I was so giddy at the time, and you couldn't wipe the smile off of my face the entire weekend. I surprised my boyfriend, and I really surprised myself.

IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN!!! I would recommend the experience to anyone thinking about doing it. I wasn't sore at all after the procedure. I had heard some horror stories about how people couldn't walk or drive after having the procedure done. I was fine though. I had also heard about how the first time you have to urinate that it really stings a lot. Well, that did not happen either, thankfully. However, when I went to pee the first time, on of the balls on the ring found it's way into my urethra. I pushed the other end of the ring in so the ball came out of the hole again. That is the only time I had discomfort afterwards. It did bleed quite a bit the first night. I recommend to everyone, not to wear good underwear that day. Doing it on the spur of the moment kind of thing, I was ill prepared. Now, I want another piercing. I am considering a nipple ring in the not so distant future. I am also intriqued by the other genital piercings available. I don't think I would ever get something really far out there, it's just not my style. But I think my style is changing. I never would have though five or six years ago that I would have had this done.

I also wanted to get this done, because everyone and their mother has a nipple ring, tongue ring, an eyebrow ring....I wanted something hip, different, and something that very few people have. Well, I think this was the thing to get. Don't hear too many people say, well, I got a ring placed in my penis last weekend.

I am going to see how my experience with the Prince Albert unfolds. It is kind of amusing. Each day before I enter work and leave work, I have to walk through a metal detector. The detector is set pretty high too, very sensitive. Every day my zipper from my jacket and/or pants set it off. Well, next time I walk through the detector, I will take great delight in mentioning to the guard that I have a Prince Albers piercing.

As for the task at hand I am still healing and all is going well. I would like to see myself into a 4 gauge ring in a few months-but hey-first things first.

Definitely a positive experience.
