Last month, I was sent to Taipei from Hong Kong by my company for a month of business trip. With knowing that Simanting is a famous place for tattoo, piercing and genital beading in Taiwan. It is fame due to both price and quality (I mean good recommendation by friends without any serious allergy). So I decided to take a look of it when I first night go to Taipei on 01-09-2006.

So that night I found a tattoo and piercing shop called Miracle. The shop is small but neat, having three individual private rooms. The piercer there was so nice, just show me the sample of what he done before. Maybe I was still showing nervous on my face. He showed me his own genital piercing what he claimed those are self-done by himself including PA, 5 dydoes and a scrotum ladder. Wow god, that's what I always want.
So it is time to my journey, we sat down in a private room, telling him what I want.. I told him I want a PA, an Ampallang, and frenum ladder to the guiche. If possible one more ladder on top of foreskin. But he told me mostly people can only get 5-10 genital piercings at once because they cannot easily bear the pain. Then he called me back to hotel and think what to do first and we had another appointment on the next day Saturday.
Around noon time on Saturday, we met in his shop again. I told him let's have the PA, Ampallang and the frenum ladder first. He told me let's have the scrotal ladder first, so the foreskin do not have too much stretch at once since I told him I want a PA ring instead of a curved barbell.
Okay, pants off, disinfect the dick with alcohol, he asked me if I want anesthesia, but I refused, somehow I love pain in genital (I love CBT). So he rolled my foreskin back and ask if I want to pierce either side of the frenum for the PA. Finally we agreed to pierce on the right side because I always put my dick on the left side in my pants, it is more convenient, and he did not recommend to remove the frenum also. Surprise came, he ask me why I don't have an Apadravya instead of simply a PA. I told him I don't like to see the ring go through the top middle of the dickhead, but he offered me a behind the glans Apadravya! I reply immediately I want that, just I never thought I can get that piercing in Taiwan as told online that is a quite technical piercing! So I also request if the Ampallang also behind the glans possible, and he agreed also!
So he marked the pin point and we started, I felt a sharp pain from the bottom of the dick and felt the needle go through the urethra, not so painful. Then he told me the pain was coming, have to get a deep breathe. So I did that and then the pain is horrible, sharp pain and soreness come together in my mind, I almost scream out. Finally it's in! Bleed but not too much. Then he told me we have another needle in for the Ampallang before inserting the barbell for the Apadravya. So we have 5 minutes break and restart again. Didn't know that if it was due to I had the experience of the sharp pain of else, the needle for he Ampallang inserted smoothly without causing me too much pain. But problems came, it made me had a semi hard-on stage, so the 4 holes bleed together a little bit more amount.
After 15 minutes, he inserted barbell for the both piercings. The dick began to sore.
He asked me if I can bear for more, surely I want more! But my scrotum was limped and get back in my body. So he used a warm pad and let it come back. We marked for 3 guiche and 8 scrotal and see how much we can finally done. We agreed to do from the guiche, so I lay down again and started. These piercings went so quickly and easy for the 3 guiche and 3 scrotal, but the me legs came sore. So we stopped at that moment and clip the rings in the guiche and scrotal. Finally I have 8 piercings in a day! Wow!
On the next Wednesday I can't wait and want to finish the remaining ladder, after he check the piercings and everything okay, we have another appointment on the next Saturday.
Just like last time, after disinfect and marking. We decided to have the remaining 5 scrotal and 7 frenum to finish the whole ladder. So we started from frenum. But problem came, because pin prick to my dick made me have hard on. After several attempt, we decided to use local anesthesia to limp the dick. The piercings go easily but we decided to leave the 5 scrotal alone for next week. But on Sunday morning, a little pain from the frenum wake me up and I was having a hard-on. The pain was pleasure for me! I couldn't bear it and I finally have the first jerk off since the first piercing! So excited! But regret afterward due to the wound bleed again! So I went to the piercing house again in the afternoon.
Luckily after clean up, no infection, but be warned me that no sex for 2 week until the wound heal better. I suggest to finished the remaining 5 scrotum. He agreed and finally my ladder is finished that day!
After a month to now, no infection, I really recommend the piercing house. I will go back Taiwan in Christmas for the top frenum ladder and beading. More to come, please wait!
