Well, in my free time, I recently browsing BMEZine, I've always been enticed by piercing, when I was a little kid, I thought piercing were out, I never wanted any. Well, then I decided maybe to have a little fun I'd pierce my earlobe, so I did. And from there it went on.

So, I was reading on BMEZine, reading stories, looking for DIY examples, pictures and things, reading precautions and things and it was in my mind, I wanted to pierce the little skin between my scrotum and my sac, and nothing was going to stop me, except maybe school.
It was summer and I needed to finish my summer reading, I had one day left and HAD to read the book. Instead of taking time to do a piercing, I kept on reading my book, I closed my laptop and read, but I couldn't make it more than a paragraph without thinking about it, I was determined.
Quickly, I got out all my supplies. I got out my nail brush and soap, I brushed my hands like a doctor does before a surgery, then took anti-bacterial liquid soap and gave myself a once over.
I let my hands air dry, I forgot to take out a clean towel from the closet and I didn't want to use the towel in the bathroom (I have siblings, who wants those?), so they just dry. I grabbed two tissues, my 14ga sewing needle, a thing of lube, purel, and a sharpie.
I laid two tissues out and folded one up so I would be able to put lube on it and it wouldn't hit the desk. I put the head of the needle in the lube, and then took the purel and cleaned in the scrotal area.
I decided not to use the sharpie and just freehand the piercing, so I grabbed a hold of where I wanted to pierce and held it tight. I took the fingers of my left hand (as I'm left handed), and felt for a soft spot in the skin so I would be able to just push through, and alas there was.
I took the needle and I grazed the top of my skin and boy that was weird. I'd never felt something so sharp in my genital area, I hadn't ever planned on it either.
I slowly applied pressure and it didn't hurt that much, but I was sort of expecting the pain to come in a minute or two when I pushed it further.
I applied a little more pressure and the tip of the needle was on the other side. I actually felt it just to make sure I wasn't seeing things. The hard part was over, getting it started; the only thing I had to do now was keep pushing.
It took me about 20 second and about 10 deep breaths, I did it. And was it the weirdest feeling in the world? I could feel my body releasing endorphins as I was sitting there. My hands were shaking uncontrollably, I'd done 8 other piercing to myself and never before had I reacted like this.
Now, I encountered a problem, I had a needle just... resting in my ballsac, I had to put the earring in now.
I took my hoop out and planned to stick it in one side and then through to the other, I started to pull the needle out and wow was that even weirder, I attempted to put the ring through, but I wasn't able to. I kept searching and trying to get through and when I did, it had closed.
This had relieved my tension and I could go and read my book, but I wasn't done. I wanted that, even when the needle was in it, just grazing it felt mystical, I wanted it again.
In the next two days, I ordered things off of BMEZine, some things I should have had for previous piercing, such as a clamp, needles, rings, bars, etc.
The day they came to my house, I was ecstatic, I didn't know what I was going to do.
I immediately went up to my room and I took my hollow needle out of the package and got out the same set-up as before. I wanted the same spot to be pierced, so I got everything ready, and since I knew it wouldn't hurt that much, I just pushed the needle through and to my own avail, and it was through. I slipped the ring in and tada, it was all done.
It is the most amazing thing in the world when you actually use the proper equipment, less pain, less everything. There is no way to describe it, but bliss.
I am not advocating do it yourself piercing or at home piercing, but if you do use them, please use proper equipment, safety measures, etc. The cleanest your area is, is as clean as your dirtiest, never forget that.
