First, I must confess that I find male genital piercings very exciting to look at. Second confession, I am an exhibitionist and my own genital piercings serve me to capture other guys attention in gym showers, saunas, nudist beaches and any other place where I can get naked with guys. For me, piercings are definitely attractive, but more than anything else a way to express myself and an important part of my sexual life. They are exciting to look at and procure me great pleasure during masturbation and intercourse. I cannot compare it with anything else.

At that time, I started to look and read about male genital piercings on BME and IAM. I had never heard about scrotal piercings before seeing them on BME and I found them so hot that shortly after I took an appointment with my piercer to get one. It was less than a year after getting my PA. I had talked about it with my boyfriend first and told him I was thinking about getting one single scrotal piercing but did not know where on the scrotum yet. I wanted to get some advice from my piercer. My boyfriend is a very open guy and proposed to come with me.
When we arrived at the piercing studio, I was a little bit nervous because I still had in mind my nipple piercing experience two years before. I almost fainted, but the mix of pain and very big and good rush left me with a very special feeling. This time, yes I was a little bit nervous, but also excited to get naked in front of my piercer with my boyfriend at my side. It was a mixed feeling of being afraid and excited to get an erection. Nerves usually helps keep you quiet in that area.
I discussed with my piercer about the pain associated to scrotal piercings, about healing process and time, possible complications and a few more questions. He explained very clearly that scrotals are usually not very painful but very long to heal. That convinced me. Being there, I asked him to look at my PA and see if it had stretched enough naturally to get a 6g to replace the original 8g he had pierced me with. That is where I got to take off my jeans and briefs. I was naked, even more nervous or excited than when I arrived. I think I will never be sure which one was more present, but I was not getting any erection and that was a relief to me. He made me sit naked in front of him and looked at my PA and said I could get a 6g without having to force anything. He then asked me what I wanted for scrotals.
The price having to do with the number of piercings I could afford then (with that new PA), I decided to get three 10g rings on the seam, the first three steps of a scrotal ladder starting just below the penis. He put on a new pair of gloves (he changes after every move he makes or after touching something), and asked me to spread open my legs widely so the scrotum would fall in place and he could look at the work to be done. We decided that the first ring would be just a little bit under the junction between the penis and scrotum. I asked him to determine the best spacing between the other two rings keeping in mind I could add more later.
I then choose the rings for the PA and scrotals. He prepared all his tools and got everything sterilized. That process takes about 10-15 minutes, so I remained naked in the room talking with my boyfriend. When he returned with everything sterilized, he put on a new pair of gloves and asked me to widely spread my legs apart once again so he could clean my scrotum and penis with some kind of antibacterial soap. He was very gentle and attentive as I was looking at him cleaning my genitals. He was massaging my balls all around over and over as well as my penis from bottom to top and top to bottom and he repeated the process all over a few times. I know he was being professional, but his warm hand closed on my penis got me excited and I started to get an erection. I did not get a complete erection but it was more than evident I was going there. He did not stop at the first sign of erection, as if he had detected that I was an exhibitionist and that I was pleased with what was happening. I guess he has seen lots of guys in that situation. So he completed the cleaning with two or three more strokes on my penis and finished by depositing it on my thigh and then looked at me with a sweet smile. I smiled back. I knew right there I was going to add rings to that ladder before long. I must confess once again I was very excited and would have come in his hand if he had not stopped. My boyfriend told me afterwards he too was excited by that.
The piercer installed my new PA and then marked the piercing points for the three scrotals. As usual, he remained very gentle and calm and often asked if everything was OK. He installed a surgical tool to hold the skin in place and align the points each side of the seam for the first ring. As I prefer not to look at the piercing itself, when he got ready to pierce and asked me to take a deep breath, I looked right in front of me and took that breath. Wow! I liked the rush so much and it was much less painful than the nipple. Actually, I liked it and knew right there I could have supported much more than three piercings in one session. We went on with the other two piercings and each one of them gave me that great rush.
He explained that the bleeding was normal and that it could still bleed a little bit over the next few hours, which happened, but very lightly. He then explained I had to clean the piercings with a mix of one cup of warm water with 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt twice a day for at least the next month. After that, I would have to continue with the same treatment once a day for as long as the healing is not complete, which could be between six months and two years. Some nine months after, only one of those three piercings is completely healed but the other two are not far from being healed.
Since that moment where I got an erection while my piercer was cleaning my genitals, I dreamed about going back. Six months after, I went to get four more scrotals, as well as a guiche, but this time I went alone, my boyfriend was too tired after his day at work.
The whole piercing process is the same as described above so I will not repeat it, but I will say I was as nervous or excited as I was the first time. The only difference is that my piercer had closed his studio and he was now piercing at his place. He had a nice quiet room to pierce and I could hear his girlfriend talk on the phone. Even though I am gay, I still am an exhibitionist, and I was hoping my piercer would ask me if it would be OK for his girl to assist him. I would have said yes.
I got excited even before having to take off my jeans and briefs, so when I did it was a little bit apparent. I will not say I was erected, but you know when blood starts to irrigate the penis, at one point it does not move the same way and tends to point a bit further than the tip of your toes. That is where I was pointing while standing, waiting for him to cover the piercing chair with tissue.
He asked to look at my PA so he took my penis in his hand and looked all around to check the piercing. Just like the first time, he then deposited my penis on my thigh as if it was a treasure and gently pulled on it so it would sit there while he was cleaning my scrotum. He did not clean my whole penis since he was not changing my PA this time.
As usual he took his time to do a very good and professional job and I enjoyed every minute of being naked in front of him, his hands manipulating my genitals and his face sometimes close enough I could feel the warmth of his breath. Even though my penis was not completely irrigated, it was enough to remain still on my thigh and not fall in natural position over my scrotum. Of course, his hand and forearm accidently touched my penis a few times while doing those four new piercings.
During the whole process I was thinking about the dog position I would have to take to get that guiche, but that is another story I should share shortly on BME.
