It all got started about five year ago. I decided I wanted to get pierced. But what kind. With my job situation I couldn't have any piercing that would be noticed by the public. So I started to search for "body piercings". I eventually found BME and looked at the male genital piercings. At that time they had some pictures open to the public. At first it was a turn off. After awhile I became intrigued by the PA. So about four years ago I went to Des Moines entered the shop, "Skin Kitchen (tattoo parlor) and Axiom Piercing. Davo was open and I went ahead with the PA piercing. I was so nervous that as Davo inserted the receiving tube into my urethra my knee was rapidly bouncing. After it was done I thought that my PA would be my first, last and only piercing. Well, we do change our minds.

Back to my scrotal piercings. A few week ago I got the urge to get another piercing. But what kind? Of course it had to be another genital piercing. So I did another net search. I found some pictures and some article about the pros and cons of each. First of all one piercing through my dick head is enough. I rejected the pubic piercing and guiche because of the healing time. So that left either a frenum piercing or a scrotal piercing. The frenum ladder interests me but I'm not quite ready to go that route. Although a couple of frenum piercings still appeal to me. That left a scrotal piercing. I decided not to start a scrotal ladder. The first few rings would be hidden by my dick when it's limp. And I wanted a piercing I could see. I didn't like the looks of just one ring of to the side. That messed up the symmetry. So I decided to get a double scrotal piercing, one on each side.
Now it was time to contact my piercer. Davo doesn't make appointments he does piercings only on a walk in basis. I sent an e-mail to Davo yesterday, telling him I wanted a double scrotal piercing using 12 gauge CBR. I asked if he would be in the shop and if he had the jewelry on hand, and if so I said I would drop by his shop about 3:30pm. I got a quick response that he had everything on hand and he would be expecting me.
This morning I began my preparation by shaving my balls. After I got out of the shower I lathered up my balls. That was a different sensation. I have a shaving brush made of badger hair that I use on my face along with glycerin shaving soap. Lathering up the balls was a wonderful tickling sensation. The shaving soap was soothing. It took awhile to shave my ball since I've not done it before. But I managed to get the job done with only one small nick.
With that done it was time to get my work done and wait until it was time to leave. It is a two hour drive from my place to Dave's studio. Shortly after hitting the road I started getting nervous, different kind of piercing and different kind of pain when compared to the PA and I'm getting two at the same time. But I figured that it couldn't be much worse that my PA.
I got to the tattoo parlor and piercing studio shortly after 3:30pm. It's a new location and newly remodeled. The tattooing and piercing stations cannot be seen from the entrance and reception area. Entrance to that area is through a revolving cylinder made of heavily smoked plastic material, really cool. The receptionist said that Davo was with another client and that I would have to wait about another 10 minutes. OK so I wait.
Davo comes out and right over to me. I tell him that I'm the one who e-mailed him about getting a double scrotal piercing. Davo says he need to take cigarette break and asks if I want to join him outside. He going to be handling my balls to I want him refreshed and relaxed so I agree and go outside with him. While outside he reminds me of the basic do's and don'ts about genital piercings. I remind him he did my PA about four years ago.
After the break we proceeded into the shop and into his cubical. He set up the privacy screen and began setting up for the piercings - TWO of everything. Now it was time for me to drop my pants and shorts with one let out so that Davo has free access to my balls. He has me hold my dick out of the way while he marks the spot where I told him where I wanted the piercings. We discussed the how the rings were to be positions. After I got the marking where we thought the ring would look the best he reclined the chair and have me lie back.
The time of reckoning had come. Davo starts with the right side. He put the clamp on and places the piercing needle against the skin. He has me do the deep breathing and on the second exhale he pushes the needle through. This is much different than the PA. For the PA, the pain was more like a sharp, quick pop and then done. With the scrotal piercing it seems like it was softer and slower as the needle was pushed through. Perhaps it was a difference in the thickness of the skin. For me, the first scrotal piercing was a little more painful then my PA. Punch number one. Now it's time to switch to the other side. Same procedure but this time Davo pushes the needle through on the first exhale. The adrenaline must have kicked in because the left piercing seemed to take a little longer and a tad more painful. Now the rings are in and Davo hands me the mirror to take a look and I'm very satisfied. The right piercing bled a little more that the left one but on the whole so far my two scrotal piercing have bled less than my PA did.
I was surprised to discover how sexually stimulating this piercing was for me. I didn't get a hard on but as I stood up put on my under shorts and pants a big drool of pre-cum dropped into my shorts.
As I left Davo said to contact him when I was ready for the next set. What that might be or when it might happen, I don't know, at least not yet.
