I have visited the BME site for about 5 years and was always interested in body piercing. I really like seeing women with nipple piercing and girl on girl action with clit or clit hood piercings. I tried to get my girl friend to have her nipples or inner labia pierced, but she was not keen on the idea. I have got her close over the years, but the fear of the pain turns her off.

So I had this barbell and I was not sure of which piercing to do. A PA was out of the question, as I did not think I could go through with it. I then looked at piercings through BME again and anything to do with the penis head was out as I was sure I could not handle the pain and complete the piercing.
I then spotted the scrotal ladders and I though a hidden piercing would be great. I did not want to make this a public piercing, just for my girl friend and I to admire and use during sex.
My girl friend works on Sunday nights so that was the night to get my scrotal piercing done. She left for work and I began. I first marked a spot about 5cm from the base of my penis and then clamped my scrotum using a clothes peg (I had first drilled a hole through both sides of the clothes peg).
With the peg in place I then took out an Awl (sort of like a crotchet hook, but with a point and needle eye at the end). I sat on the toilet and lined up the 2 holes of the peg and pushed the awl through. It seamed to pass through easily and then stopped as if it hit a brick wall. There I sat with this wooden handled awl hanging from the hole in my scrotum and I could not get it through. I then cleared my head and thought and realised it was hitting against the peg on the other side. I then adjusted the peg slightly and I was amazed at how easily it went through and appeared at the other side (I thought this would be very painful and hard to do. I am not good at giving myself pain. I thought at this point I would back out and never go through with it). At this point there was no blood.
I took the awl out to insert the barbell through and this is when the blood started. It only ran from the exit wound and I had to clean it away a little before I was able to push the barbell through. There was a lot of blood and it just kept covering my finger and the barbell. I was able to push the barbell through real easily, but I was not able to find the hole on the other side. I tried about 7 times to find the exit wound but could not. I then pushed the awl through again and noticed where the hole was. It was against the end of the hole in the peg and I could not push the barbell through as it hit on the peg. I removed the peg and held either side of the piercing hole with the fingers of my left hand so I could find them in the blood. I then took the barbell and slide it in the opening that was the entry hole as it was not bleeding as much. I pushed it through and it exited through the hole on the other side. I then had a scrotal piercing.
I now have a gold barbell through my scrotum and I love it. It is now half an hour after I finished and cleaned up and there is surprisingly little pain. I have bathed it in ear piercing solution about 3 times to clean the blood away. There is now a slight stinging feeling and I think this is OK. I can handle this.
The next big challenge is to explain the golden barbell in my scrotum the next time we have sex. I love it and do not want to remove it. I hope my girl friend understands and accepts it because it is now part of me. I hope she enjoys looking and touching and playing and it inspires her to get a piercing as well. She has great breasts and the large nipples she has are just crying out for a set of gold barbells of their own.
I was looking at the full ladder and thought I may get 3 or 4 more in the future. I want this to heel first and see how it goes.
