I did this piercing myself, I don't recomend this if you have no experience with body piercing.

I have my tongue, ears, nipples, and PA, but that just wasn't enough, I had to have more. I happen to be an electrician though, so the whole idea of facial piercings wasn't really an option, since I didn't think that the union would send me out to a job if I had my septum done(a piercing that I'd been wanting for a while now). After a lot of thought and consideration, I decided to go for the traditional hafada, on both sides.

For those who aren't familiar with this placement, it's where they pierce your scrotum at that area where it branches off on each side of your penis. The big decision now was how big the needle was going to be. I have never liked the look of small rings on genitals. My mind had been made up, it had to be big or nothing at all.

I ordered a 6ga needle off the web and waited anxiously for it to arrive. It got to my house in two weeks which seemed like two years. I really wanted to get this done. The day that it arrived, I almost let out a woo hoo in the post office, but for the fear of scaring everyone, I kept quiet.:) I rushed home, almost hit a kid on a bike with my car and ran inside the door undoing my pants on the way while running to the bathroom. I had to pee. Anyway, after i peed, I looked in the mirror and marked the entrance and exit holes on each individual side of my bag. I spread my legs apart a little and saw if everything looked perfect, and if each side was level with the other. They weren't so I took out the soap and water and scrubbed for a while and started again. It took four tries before I was perfectly happy with the placements. This pat of the procedure alone took about twenty or so minutes.

It was go time. It was going to be now or never. My heart was racing as I got out the two six gauge rings that I had left over from other piercings. In fact, I think that they were extras fomr my ears, one of the many in a series of different sized rings involed in the stretching process. I have since stopped wearing them all together, so they were perfect for my hafada. I also had some forceps on hand from my nipples so I took them out also. I slowly tightened the clamp down on the fold of flesh that would soon hold a shiny new ring. I lined the openings up so that the dot on each side was perfectly centered, I really didn't want to screw anything up. After all, this was a pretty important area both to me and my beautiful wife. I didn't want her looking at a mess every time she was down there. Next, I took the needle and placed it right on the dot so that it was touching the skin. I felt the cold of the stainless steel as it touched me, creating a chill in my bod y, a chill of excitement. I pushed hard only after having made sure that the needle was level and would exit at the right point without having an angle to it. The needle went in smooth and came outwith a pop. I'm not going to lie. You know how people say that a scrotal piercing only feels like a little pinch. Well maybe that's true if you are making a little pinch with a pair of rusty pliars with razor blades taped to the jaws. Okay, maybe it didn't hurt that bad, I just thought I would scare you a little bit. It did hurt a little more than I had expected though. Sort of a dull pain though, like a tooth ache in your pants. The good news though is that the pain doesn't last very long at all. I put the ring in and it didn't really sting at all. The whole piercing part of the procedure lasted only about five seconds at the very most, so it wasn't too bad after all. The other side of the scrotum went just about the same as the right side except that the left side di d not hurt as bad as the right.

Neither side bled at all. Well, maybe a little, but it was nothing to write home about to say the least. It has been a couple of days now since I performed the piercing and the healing is going quite well actually. I have been doing the whole dial soap thing and taking good care of it. I have even had sex with them already, and there was a little bit of an extra sensation I guess, but my wife really liked them because she said that she could feel the new rings rub on her labia, so that is a plus. There's also no pain. On the second day, there was a little bit of swelling but nothing really noticable. Over all, I recomend getting it done. You will love them. I think that my next piercing will be a reverse PA so that I can connect my normal PA to it with a barbell creating a two step apradavya. I love the needles!
