About a week ago I ordered a bunch of needles, some clamps and a receiving tube from the bmeshop. I was sort of worried about my dad getting the mail and finding them before I had a chance to take them, but I stayed home from school today, and luckily they came in.

As soon as I got back in the house, I rushed to the bathroom, excited to finally be able to get another piercing (my parents are not piercing friendly at all, they hate my stretched lobes, and I have my septum pierced but only because I can hide it from them with a plug). Since the only other things I could really hide were my nipples or a genital piercing, I took my shirt off and clamped my nipple. I was too nervous to pierce right away though, so I sat and made myself breathe to try and relax.
After a few seconds I was ready, so I started to push the 10g needle through, very slowly. After I got it about halfway through, however, the needle stopped. I pushed as hard as I could for about 15 minutes, but it didn't want to budge, so I pulled it out. I was pretty pissed off, but there wasn't much I could do about it.
Once the needle was out of my nipple, it started to bleed like mad for about 5-10 minutes. I can't remember the last time I bled that much, it ran almost all the way down to my waist before I found some kleenex. I soaked 3 kleenex's all the way through, at which point I was starting to worry, but then all of a sudden it stopped.
I decided that there was no way I was going to leave that bathroom without another hole in my body, so I took my pants off and put a clamp on my scrotum. Slightly discouraged from the last attempt, but still determined, I placed the needle next to the skin and started to push. It went through my scrotum much more easily than it went through my nipple, thankfully. I felt it pop 3 times, and then when it went to go through the final bit of skin, it stopped. However, I had already decided that I was definitely going to have a new hole today, so I pushed with all my might and it finally popped out. I'm not sure if I wasn't expecting it to or what, but I almost jumped off the toilet seat when it did.
After recovering from that, I started pushing the needle the rest of the way through. This went really slowly for some reason; it had to have been at least 15 minutes. It just didn't really seem to want to go through easily. Once it was most of the way through, I grabbed the 1" diameter 10g cbr I had intended to go through my nipple and stuck the end of it inside the needle. I gave it one final push, and the needle fell to the floor, but I could not even see the cbr; it had disconnected itself from the needle inside of my nutsack.
This got me really pissed off. I started poking around violently trying to get the ring out the other hole, but it just did not want to go, so I pulled it out and threaded the needle through again.. It hurt a little bit, but I was determined not to lose the hole. I threaded the cbr through once again, and this time it worked fine. I struggled with the ball for a while, but it went in eventually. I played with the ring for a little while, and then put my clothes back on and left.
I have been extremely happy with my scrotal for the whole 4 hours that I have had it :) it doesn't hurt at all, except for if I sit on a chair the wrong way, I had my cat sitting in my lap about a half hour afterwards and I didn't feel a thing. There is a bit of blood on the ring, but otherwise it didn't really bleed at all. I'm thinking I might stretch the hole a little bit, maybe to about a 4g, I'm not sure if it would be a good idea or not though, so if you have any experience with that sort of thing I'd appreciate an email telling me how it went.
Next up on the piercing list is 3 more scrotals. I've still got enough needles and jewellery that I can do 2 more 10g holes and 1 8g hole. I'm also thinking about a PA, I'll probably do that at an 8g too, and stretch it up to a 2g.
Anyway, I love my scrotal, and if you're thinking about getting it done then I say go for it. It's a really easy piercing to do yourself as well, so umm yah go get a scrotal. :D
