I have been this route before, three times in fact. I had a guiche once in college but had to remove it because the person I was seeing didn't like it. After dropping that zero, I went ahead and got it done again but didn't like the result.

One month ago, I contacted a few piercing shops that were able to service me. Keep in mind, there are a lot of piercers but they don't all have experience doing "unusual" piercings. I urge anyone interested in this to make sure you piercer has successfully done a guiche piercing. The placement of the piercing and the ring choice all play a role in the success and healing of the piercing. Believe me, it isn't pretty when your piercing rejects.
Back to the story. In preparation for the piercing, I washed my whole pubic area and shaved the area where the piercing was to go.
I found a shop near my neighborhood that was able to do the piercing. I came in and told the woman, whose name I can't recall, what I wanted and she explained she has done guiche piercings before. After reading and signing the necessary paper work, she explained to me the cleaning procedure of the piercing. The piercing had to be cleaned 2x a day with antibacterial soap (dial) and a salt bath is recommend to assist the healing process. Loose clothing should be worn. Once she completed her speech, I was led into the piercing room. I was very nervous because I kept thinking about the pain and a chick was doing the piercing.
I was asked to take off my pants and lay doggy style on one of those gynecology chairs. From past experience, I was always asked to sit down against wall and spread my legs so this position was bit embarrassing, especially since a chick was doing it, She proceeded to cleaning the piercing and mark it. She had to mark it a few times to get the right spot. I didn't want it too close to the top or the balls or too far down to the anus. I wanted right in the middle. Unfortunately for me, the piercing is a tad bit higher than I would like.
Anyway, after marking, she asked me to take a few deep breath and at my third, she pierced the skin. I am sure you are wondering about the pain. The first two times I did the piercing, the pain was excruciating. This time around, it wasn't so bad. It hurt but it wasn't as bad as I remembered it. It feels like getting a shot but with a long thick needle. The pain last a few seconds. She was quite professional and I appreciated that but as soon as she was done, I was ready to put my pants on. It isn't very cute when you have your ass spread in front of the face of a chick.
Once she pierced the skin, it was time to put in the ring. This can be a little bit uncomfortable.
The healing.
After the piercing, I didn't really feel much pain. The area is quite sore for the next few days and I had to be cautious of how I slept and sat. I couldn't do my morning runs for 2 1/2 weeks. The first two weeks is kind of uncomfortable. Because the area is sore and tender, you have to ensure not to put too much pressure on the piercing. I wore no underwear, loose pants and was nude when home to let the piercing breathe and not make it difficult it sweat.
After two weeks, the skin at the end of the piercing started healing inside out and often some puss would come out. From what I have been told, that is normal. I am now in my 4th week and it is healing correctly with the skin growing correctly and no puss. I clean it twice daily, once in morning and again before bed. I also do a salt wash few times a week. It is still a little tender but it isn't that bad
Overall, I am happy with my piercing. I am just waiting for it to heal completely so I can get a larger gauge ring. I am not looking to stretch too much but looking to get up to an 8 gauge ring.
I have to say that after having this done two times before, this experience has been the least cumbersome. Everything is moving right along.
The piercing feels great and love having it move in between my legs as I move around. If you are contemplating getting this done, I say it is worth it. It is especially great when you are jerking off or getting fuck (assuming you are into that). I say go for it and don't let your nerves get the best of you.
