I had wanted a guiche piercing for sometime but just had not gotten the courage to get it done. I had pierced myself on two separate occasions, both times a prince albert but a guiche requires a professional piercer to have it done correctly. Just to close the book on the prince alberts, I was disappointed in the result both times. They didn't really do anything for me sexually and my girlfriends, with exception to one (who did like it) were not comfortable with regard to intercourse.

I knew I was sensitive in that area and had had a number of pleasurable experiences when a girlfriend would apply pressure there when I would start to ejaculate during masturbation. I wanted something there that would readily allow a pulling as well as pressing sensation. Having said all that I felt the erotic nature of the pierce would make for an embarrassing situation when dropping my pants for a piercer.
Going through a vasectomy took care of most of my fears. If I could overcome my apprehensions for my desire to be sterilized then I should be able to go through the process necessary to get a piercing done. I checked on line and came across the site for Obscurities. Their site is very complete with bios on each of the artists. Pamela's bio expressed that she did genital piercings but did not specify whether she did male or female specificly.
I called and talked to Pamela and she was very informative. She answered all of my questions to include any potentially uncomfortable moments due to possible natural responses. She said that was not a concern of hers, just so long as I didn't come on to her or anything like that. I wasn't worried about my behavior in that regard so I knew I could do this. The only thing that did surprise me was her description of the position I would need to be in to do the piercing properly.
In order to do this piercing I would need to be on my knees, apart with my chest against the table and my butt in the air. Pamela said it was the best position to be in to ensure proper placement of the pierce as the scrotum needed to hang naturally. This through me at first, not sure I could get comfortable in this position. Of course I've had girlfriends assume this position but I never had. I tried it out and found that it really locked me in a position in which I could hardly move. Definitely an advantage so as not to jump when getting pierced. It was time to get this done so I called Pamela again and scheduled an appointment.
I arrived at Obscurities and Pamela went over all the pertinent stuff with regard to the jewelry, placement of the pierce and aftercare. We agreed on a simple 10 gauge stainless steel ring with the pierce going through laterally. I signed the appropriate papers, ran the CC and it was time to go back to Pamela's studio at the back of the shop. I entered a room that wasn't all that different from an examination room at a doctor's office, in the center of the room was a fully adjustable chair/table that was completely flat. Pamela closed the door behind us and asked me to remove my shorts and underwear. A moment of hesitation and then I complied. The room was on the cool side so I kept my t shirt on. Pamela immediately knelt down and began to clean my scrotum and the area behind with a surgerical soap. Even though she was manipulating a sensitive area it was all business and I remained composed. Once that was done Pamela used some sort of dye or ink to do a preliminary marking of the area for the pierce. It had been expressed to me that this would be done while standing before assuming the position mentioned before for the final placement and the piercing itself.
Now it was time to assume the position, Pamela told me to place my knees on each side of the table and to lean forward. I did so as Pamela raised the table to a height that made it comfortable for her to work. Shortly I felt the clamp that Pamela was using to pierce through, she tugged on it slightly so I could feel exactly where it was. It was just behind where my scrotum meets my body between the legs, exactly where I wanted it. Incidentally the clamp was not painful in anyway.
Next I was asked to take a deep breath, I knew at the bottom of the breath Pamela was going to push the needle through me. I hesitated at the top of my breath and then let it out. The slightest of a pricking sensation, a lot of pressure, and then feeling the needle side through me. I groaned slightly but no shriek or scream of any sort. I think the groan was a release of sorts from the pressure I had built leading up to getting it done as apposed to the pierce itself. Next, Pamela stated that jewelry was in and that we were done.
I stood before a full length mirror on the back of the door to the room to see the piercing. I had to stand at an angle to see the ring behind my scrotum. As soon as I saw it I was very happy with the result. I couldn't help myself and cupped my balls to get a better view. Pamela quickly shamed me for touching the immediate area without clean hands. Continuing to look at it Pamela said there was enough room for a second guiche behind it. I was thinking the exact same thing just as she said it, something to consider later. As it was Pamela had indicated that it could take up to 6 months to fully heal based on the perpetual moisture in this area of the body.
I went home with a small bottle of soap and a bag of sea salt provided by the shop. The soap was for my hands prior to soaking the pierce with the salt in a warm solution with distilled water. I dutifully did this for a number of weeks. I would get some slight discharges from movement but no crusties due to the warm area. A few times the ring would twist or do something to make me a bit uncomfortable but nothing painful to any great extent. Sitting is no problem and I can still ride a bicycle without any discomfort or concern.
From a sexual stand point I am very pleased with the result. Whether through self manipulation or with a girlfriend playing with it I find it to be very enjoyable. It can be lightly played with or tugged a fair amount and it feels good though I have had to tell girlfriends to give it a good yank to know how far they can take things before I experience pain.
In the end I had something happen that I didn't expect with the actual piercing itself. I really enjoyed it and the feeling that went through my body was incredible. It was as if a calm had come over me as the needle went through. I'll be getting pierced again soon now that this one is nicely healed. The next one will again be a ring but forward of the first one at the bottom of my scrotum as apposed to behind it. As for a second guiche I'll save that for later. Unfortunately I have moved and am unable to have Pamela do my next piercing though I wish she could do it. As it is I have located another female piercer that does male genital piercings. I'll give her a try and see how it goes.
