My first piercing was just a simple lobe piercing and I got that when I was 14. Well now I am 15 and I have two genital piercings, an apadravya and a guiche. For as long as I could remember I loved piercings, and I always wanted them. Here is all I have had in a row: lobe, cartilage [x5 times, taken out] belly button [taken out] guiche [taken out], PA, Apadravya, and now a guiche. Yes, I use to have my guiche before but I took it out because I got so sick of it because it was always being rubbed against and always hurt even after a week it hurt to walk.
Well moving on with the story, I wanted this because I have extremely strict parents and they would kill me if I got anything on my face or body. It was obvious to me that I could not get anything that they could see, so that led me to below the waist. I had always liked the guiche because of what I had read on BME and other websites. If you haven't already been able to tell I did this myself. Why you might be thinking, because no one would pierce someone under 16 where I live and especially not a genital piercings. So I did a lot of research about stuff like this.
Originally I had planned to pierce my septum the night before Christmas but I had worked on Christmas eve and was very tired. So after plenty of rest I decided on a guiche on Christmas day. So I gathered my tools [Forester clamps, 14 gauge needle [not a hollow, just one that was thick enough for a 14 gauge ring], a 14 gauge circular barbell and a cork] The tools were all pre-sterilized before hand so I didn't have to worry about that. I also had a glass of ice water to freeze the area.
I held the glass of water on the area for a few minutes until I was shivering from the coldness. Then I took the glass off and quickly put the clamps on the area. Now this is the part when people usually say "I knew this was the worst part" but for me it wasn't. I was calm and relaxed, so I then quickly but steadily pushed hard with the needle. It didn't go all the way through and I knew this, I then pushed harder and I felt the needle penetrate the last of the skin and slowly imbed the cork. However it did not fully penetrate the cork, and only a little bit of the needle has been inside the cork. I pushed the pin and the cork together this helped to get the needle all the way inside the cork. After this I lied there, lied there and calmed myself down even more from the hole ordeal. I pulled the pin out and then got the ring inside the hole and out the other side, then screwed the balls on.
If you have done what I have done and read a lot of stories on BME then you would know that a lot of people say "this was so painful" but really it wasn't, in fact this not very painful because I froze it before I did it [I usually do with all my piercings]
The positioning of the piercing is perfect, its not to high or to low or to shallow its just right. So for the healing has been normal, to clean it I do 2-3 sea salt soaks a day and also do a daily cleaning with anti-bacterial soap in the shower. I don't think this piercing will take very long to heal, but also wont heal in a day [obviously a metaphor ha-ha]. The reason for this is because I clean it a lot and take a multi vitamin every day.
This is defiantly not the end of piercings for me, I still want a lot more but not as much to make it look tacky [no offence anyone]. I still want more genital ones including kings crown [dydoes all the way around], 1-2 more guiche[s] maybe a few scrotal piercings [but those would be the most hardest ones to do because I wouldn't be able to freeze it unless I used Emla cream], and maybe an ampallang. I know it might seem like it's a bit much but I figure you only have one life, and that you might as well live it the way you want to.
Just because this was successful for myself does not mean it will be for you. Please, if you are going to do this yourself all I have to ask is that you know what you are doing, and getting yourself into. If this gets infected I will be in quite a hot zone and I don't know what I could do, but if you do wish to do this yourself, please research it from multiple sources [not only one is correct]. I am really excited for when this heals though, anyway peace out everyone.
