This is the story of how my Guiche came to be.

Location Vancouver, BC It started a few months ago, when I was very interested in getting myself a Frenum piercing. I had gotten my nipple pierced, and asked his advice on whether or not I can get one or not, due to my good circulation, and the fact that I have twice as many veins as normal, with them crowding the end of my penis. Sadly, he told me it would be dangerous and problematic. He started to tell me about my other options for genital piercings, and told me "It's all about the Guiche". I had known of them, but not in great detail, and I didn't know their sexual benefits. So I walked out of there thinking nothing much of it, but over the next few days I was really interested in getting one.
About a month passed, and I was torn between a Guiche and a PA, I chose the latter. After I got my Prince Albert done, Another two months pass, to just last saturday, where I finally went for my guiche.
I arrived at NEXT! around 4pm. I had talked to Jacob prior to coming, and I let him know about it. The day I went, Jacob was not piercing, but running the counter. He told me he would do it for me if I requested him, which I did. Immediately after I finish my forms, he takes me into the back.
This was my second Genital piercing, and my second piercing by Jacob, who also did my nipple. He laid a couple dentist bibs down, and got me to take my pants and boxers off, and sit down. I did so without hesitation. He cleaned me up, and asked about placement. I wanted it right behind my balls. So he marked me once, and got me to stand up. He marked me in a standing position from behind, which was kind of odd, but non-the-less, I wasn't very surprised. I was told to sit back down, and he then clamped me. This I barely felt. I had heard that the clamp down there is quite uncomfortable, but when he was finished placing it, I had to ask if it was even on or not.
My heart started to go a little faster now, and I prepared for the needle. About a minute passes, and he tells me to breathe deep. A few deep breathes, and he begins counting down. "In on one... Out on two... In on three... Out on four..." **PIERCE!**
The needle went in, and for the first time, it felt like super slow motion. It felt like it took minutes for the needle to finally go through. I felt every millimeter of that needle. It was as if I was in some kind of altered reality, where I could sense everything going on around me and inside of me. The pain was worse than any of my piercings before, and this was heightened by the amount of time it seemed to take. Once the needle came out the other side, time returned to normal, and only a few seconds later he pushed the rest of the needle through, and quickly made the transfer to jewelry. He put the bead on, and closed the ring.
For the first time, I bled during a piercing. I bled alot, enough to make up for the 4 times before that went blood-free. I didn't notice at first, and was wondering why he was standing there with his hand on my guiche. He had put a few pieces of gauze against it and was holding it against the fresh piercing. I offered to hold it instead and I did so for a few minutes till the bleeding stopped. We talked for a bit, and once the bleeding stopped, I put on my pants and sat down again. We talked some more, and once he knew I was fine to stand and walk, we went to the front of the shop. I said my goodbyes to him, Jesse and Jessie, and I was off.
When I got home, I got naked, cleaned it, and took a shower. Once I got out, I put on my pants, and sat around for bit. Sitting for the first time was surprisingly comfortable, and at first I didn't even notice any difference. After about 30 minutes, it started to get sore, and very uncomfortable to sit. I managed to find a couple nice seating positions, mainly leaning on one cheek with my legs on the chair. Later that evening I went out and grabbed a cup of coffee with a friend. I moved slowly and cautiously with very little movement, as I didn't want to disturb the piercing. I was fine all night - or so I thought. When I got home, I found a nice surprise; my legs were covered in blood. It didn't take long to clean it up, and within a few minutes I was in a nice warm pair of pajamas relaxing in front of the TV.
Over the next few days, I bled quite a bit. At least 4-5 times where the blood had spread over my legs.
There was one problem however. I was initially pierced with a Flat-tip CBR. The tapered points would sometimes "fall into" the fresh holes, and would obviously sit in that position until I would notice. Every time I would turn the jewelry back, the holes would be traumatized, and stretched back open. This would cause excess bleeding, and pain on my part. I talked to Jacob, and he said to come in, and he'd switch me to a Ball and Socket ring no problem. I went back to see him on tuesday (I was pierced saturday) This definitely did the trick, and I didn't bleed at all after the change.
About a week after the piercing, I began noticing the piercing while I walked. When there was no pain, it felt really good. I'm anxious about it healing, and I can't wait till I can start having fun with it.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with my guiche. I'm even thinking about starting a ladder.
