Two weeks ago, I got a guiche and I must say, what an experience.

I recommend taking a good shower and washing the area well before you go. Also, shave your balls and the inseam as well. Not only is it better for you but helps the piercer out a lot.

Let me just get straight to the story. It first starts out with me taking off my shorts. I sat on the table with my back against the wall and my legs open to allow access to the inseam area. We spoke of the ring i want, a 10g. I decided on a 10g because I didn't want anything thin like a 12g and I wasn't ready for a thick ring like a 6 or 8g. Also, of all the rings available, 10g was the biggest in size. For my first guiche (the upper) I placed a small ring and for the lower guiche a large ring.

After thoroughly cleaning the area, he took a clamp to get a hold of some skin. Don't worry about getting a hard on or being turned on because it will not happen. I was so nervous and anxious to get the whole thing over with that I didn't have time to be turned on despite the fact that my piercer was gorgeous. After a few breathing in and out, the needle was pierced through my skin. If anyone tells you a guiche doesn't hurt, they are lying. A guiche hurts A LOT. The pain was strong and intense. I was even screaming. Now think about it when you get two guiche piercings like me. Although the pain is intense, it only last a few seconds. Once that needle is in, it's done. Please don't let this idea of pain deter you from getting a guiche. It really isn't that bad but once it's done, it's done.

I am in week 3 of my piercing and I am happy. I love the look. My guiche is closer to my anus than to my balls. Sexually it is awesome. I can not tell you how much better jerking off is (can I say that?). The only complaint I have about the guiche is that the healing is quite annoying. Once the piercing is gone, you go through this uncomfortable stage. The area is very soft, tender so it is very sensitive and any pressure is too much. The first week was pretty hellish. By the beginning of second week, it does get better and the irritation isn't as strong. It is quite hard to sleep. I sleep on my side and the guiche makes it hard quite hard to sleep in that position. It is too much pressure. The best sleeping position is on your back w/ your legs a bit open. For those who can't sleep in that position, it is quite difficult and you may go a week w/o a good night rest. I am in my 3rd week and things are better. The area is still tender and soft so too much pressure can be a p ain. Some people say that standing up alleviates the irritation. I beg to differ. What has helped me is to be naked and sit down. I don't wear clothes during the healing b/c any underwear or phants makes contact with the piercing and causes irritation. I suggest sitting down w/ legs open. It has helped me out. Restricting movement is the key: walk around as little as possible.

Cleaning the piercing is sort of a pain. Believe the piercers when they say cleaning is essential. Some may experience this but there's bit of leaking and if not cleaned, the leaking can make that area stink like hell. Also, crust tends to stick to the ring and that can make things painful. To avoid this, I shower 2x a day and do a sea salt rub 2x a day. The sea salt rub is kind of hard b/c it really hurts but it's worth it because the irritation dies down for a while. The best way to do it is in the morning before you go to work or class or whatever the case and at night before you sleep.

I highly recommend a guiche if u are thinking about it. Yes, the healing process is a big bitch but if you can get pass the first two weeks, you are home free. Sexually it's exciting and I love the way it looks. I sometimes finding myself just staring at the mirror to look at it.

I must say that piercings can be addictive. Now that I have two guiche, I am tempted to get my nipple done. I do know that I will not get another genital piercing. A guiche is all that I can handle.
