A little background information comes first.

I had to wait until after Christmas, since I was starring in a play at school. And sure enough, the day after Christmas, I went to a place in the mall, and got my first helix. Of course, I was very gay about it. I made sure that the only people there with me were my "girl" friends, just incase I cried. Ever since that first piercing stud passed through my helix, I've been addicted to piercing.
I went back in mid-February and got another helix on the same ear. This time was a lot less painful, because I knew what I'd be going through. I was now sporting a double helix, and kept thinking about what would be next.
Some time passed, and I really thought I wanted my nipple pierced. Of course, I was WAY too scared to do it. One week in April, I was designing lights for a mainstage play at school. Right before the end of the play on Opening Night, I blew a fuse, and lost 19 out of 64 lights. I was SO UPSET! Unfortunately, the judges for the American College Theatre Festival were coming to the show Friday night...and here it was Thursday, and I lost a third of my lights!
So Friday afternoon, I mentioned to one of my "piercing friends" that I should get my nipple pierced that day. It happened to be a pay day...so I cashed my check, went to the studio, and did it. It was such an adrenaline rush!
Since that day, I thought about how erotic a genital piercing would be. I mean, if my nipple was that sensitive, I'm sure a genital would be MUCH more erotic! So I mentioned that to my friend Nicole (who just got her 17th piercing). She told me that Dydoes are really cool...but after looking at some pictures on BME, I decided that I didn't want a penile piercing, but still wanted a genital. Nicole told me about the guiche piercing. Big mistake!
As soon as I saw the picture, I wanted to get one. I talked to Nicole a little bit more, and decided that as soon as possible, I'd get my guiche pierced.
I talked to my boyfriend a little bit about me wanting to get it done, and he said he didn't want me to get it. I'm not sure why, but he doesn't like any of my piercings. Later on that week, we got into a fight. So, I decided that I should get it pierced just to spite him... lol
I was online talking to Nicole late one night, and she said that she had to go to the Studio the next day to pick up some new spiral plugs. I told her I'd go with her, just because I didn't have anything to do that day. So she signed off, and I stayed online most of the night. For hours, I looked at the pictures and read the stories on BME. By about 2am, I decided that I would do it the next day.
I went down to the bathroom and grabbed the battery operated beard trimmer, because I thought it would probably be easier to pierce if it was smooth. I did manage to knick my scrotum with the beard trimmer, and believe me, that gushes blood like a fire hydrant being hit by a car. So, I cleaned up the blood and went to bed.
At 11am the next day, Nicole was at my house to pick me up. She noticed that I wasn't myself, and asked me why. I told her that I did a lot of thinking the night before, and that I thought I was ready to get it pierced. I told her that the only thing keeping me was the procedure of taking my pants off in front of someone that I didn't know (Joe didn't pierce my nipple, Chantel did.) Nicole told me I shouldn't worry about it.
We went to a restaurant for some coffee and breakfast, since piercing on an empty stomach isn't a good thing. The whole time, I kept on saying that I didn't know if I'd go through with it. She told me that since I told her I wanted to do it, she wouldn't bring me home until I had it done. (She had to say the same thing when I got my nipple done, too.)
As we pulled up closer to the studio, I kept on thinking about what I was about to do. I kept questioning myself. We went into the studio, and after a little while of waiting (while two "Britney Spears" types got their eyebrows pierced), Joe came out to the desk. I told him I wanted to get my guiche done, but wasn't sure about the procedure. I figured it would be a good thing if he knew about my concerns. We talked about it, and I decided "that's it, I'm doing it."
After the jewelry was put through the Autoclave, I went into the room and sat on the table. He showed me all the clamps and needles he'd be using, and explained exactly what he would do. He told me to take off my clothes, and I did. Lay down on the table. I did. Legs up in stirrups, I did, even though it was totally unnatural and uncomfortable. He told me to keep on breathing, and he put on the clamp. His voice just calmed me down so much. I looked up, and concentrated on my breathing. He told me to take one last DEEP breath. I inhaled, held my breath for a few seconds, and exhaled. I was in ecstasy for what felt like an hour. But after what was actually about 15 seconds, he said "okay, all done." I was so filled with adrenaline, that I felt like I could run a mile. Well, not with a fresh guiche piercing, but still...
So far, it's been a great piercing to get. It's still pretty fresh, but it's healing well. I'd definitely suggest this piercing to anyone who wants a genital surface piercing!!!
