I recently had an 8 g. guiche performed at by Natasha at Body

Fantasy, Sacramento, CA. I have had several piercings over the past few years,(a Prince Albert (my first piercing), a frenum which was really neat but over the years had migrated to where the piercing had to be removed. I then opted for a double frenum but removed them when they would not heal.(As you can tell, I'm really not too big on aftercare ;(. I had a guiche a few years ago and removed it because it took forever to heal and it was becoming more and more annoying with the incessant crustiness and long healing time associated with that type of a piercing. I decided that this time I would really try to keep up on the aftercare and really take care of my new guiche (saltwater soaks, Dr B's soap, etc.)

Natasha, a wonderfully pierced and painted artist, took me into the rear of the studio and closed the doors behind us. She made me feel completely at ease with her friendly yet professional demeanor and I was at no time at all uncomfortable as she looked at the most tender of tenders. She was a little concerned because I wanted the 8 g. ring, ouch! (they usually pierce a fresh guiche with a 10g) but after a careful examination of the area to be pierced, she said an 8g would work great, it would just take a little longer to heal than the 10g.

She carefully went to work preparing her tools of the trade, making sure that aseptic technique was used throughout the whole experience. After Natasha had marked the area to be pierced, she gave me a mirror to look at the proposed site. It was very close to where my previous frenum had been placed (you could still see the old "scars" or marks where it had healed). They were almost undetectable to the eye but they were there nonetheless. She carefully and gently prepped the area with Betadine. She gave me the usual breathing instructions (I was told to take a deep breath, exhale, and take another deep breath, where upon the exhalation she would drive the needle home).

I did as I was told and I took my first deep breath and exhaled (I was a little nervous with anticipation) and I took my second deep breath and without pause upon the exhale, I felt the needle starting to pierce the tender area between my anus and scrotum (it sounds sick but the sensation was actually quite delightful!) Old scar tissue from the previous guiche made a for a little more effort than ususal (it really felt like she broke through pretty cleanly but some extra effort was involved) and felt a little tugging as Natasha pushed the needle through. At no time did I ever feel any excruciating pain, it was acutally very exotic and quite spiritual, to tell you the truth.

After the needle passed, she corked the end and prepped the jewelry. She inserted the jewelry with no problem. Natasha had a little bit of a tough time getting the cbr tight and I felt her tugging and struggling to close the 8g around the bead. I was a little worried because she is a little ladie and that jewelry was definetely quite rigid. I looked down between my legs and saw Natasha with a big pair of surgical diagonal pliers, wrestling with the CBR. Sweat! More Sweat! But after a moment she accomplished her mission and the jewelry was snug and secure. We both smiled and she snapped a quick photo to add to her gallery. I thanked Natasha and tipped her appropriately (very important!) I've had the guiche for almost a month and a half as of this writing. It hasn't completely healed yet and sometimes still gets caught or pinched, this is somewhat uncomfortable and somewhat funny as I try to position myself or the ring into a more user-friendly position. (People must think I have ants in my pants).

My lover is satisfied with my urges to poke holes in my body and loves to gently tug on the piercing while we are making love. The sensation is quite unbeliveable and very erotic, as my lover can tell by the expression on my face and as we approach climax together, she will tug a little harder and harder, making my orgasm quite powerful and definetly more exciting. She has yet to give in to my piercing mania (she has mentioned secretly that she wants a belly button piercing along with a nipple piercing) but hopefully she will go with me on my next visit to Natasha.
