It all started a few weeks ago. I was in Ocean City, Maryland and through a series of events got my right nipple pierced. I had thought about before, but never really thought I would do it. They are very sensitive, so it was always in the back of my mind.

The experience was excellent. It is healing well, feels very sensual, and I love it.

During all of this there was one more piercing I had fantasized about. The area between my scrotum and my anal region is highly, I mean highly sensitive. I learned of the guiche and really began to think about.

I studied everything I could find about it.

Now what was strange about this is that I had never thought of having a piercing anywhere near my gentital region. And I don't plan on having one on my penis or scrotum. I like the way it works and looks now.

But this one area intrigued me. I called the place in Ocean City and talked to the piercer. He highly recommended it, but said I should think about it.

Well, I did. Finally, I said, "I want one". Mild mannered, successful event and concert producer wants one of these.

I was going to put it off until a return trip (3 hour drive) to the beach in a few weeks. However, I began to think of the long drive home and of the travel I have coming up.

On top of this, I work out 5 days a week with a trainer. This week she was taking off. So now I thought, if I do it now I will have a month until I am out of town for any length of time, I will have a few weeks until I have to start making this beach run every week (my partner works at the beach every Saturday). This seemed like the time.

Again, this didn't seem like me - and I liked that. I don't use drugs or alcohol (I have been clean for just about 8 years), so this was a clear headed decision. I just wanted to feel the sensation and to see how nice it would look.

I discussed it with my life partner (whatever you want to call him) and he said go for it. It wasn't really for him, but he would support me in it.

Well, I researched places and decided to go and interview the piercer at Fatty's. I figured I would need to be comfortable with him/her since I would be on all fours, plus, there are a lot of nerves there, etc.

I called and wanted to go in at night, the young man who answered suggested I just go for it now, before they got real busy. Off I went during lunch, heart racing.

I talked to them, explained what I knew of the guiche and they filled in the rest.

Now, during this time two women came in. One to have a bad navel piercing removed - it was too small - she had it done in Northern Virgina.

The other young lady wanted a navel piercing, but had backed out the other night at the same Northern Virginia establishment.

The piercer looked at her navel and told her there was no way. Her anatomy did not allow for a safe piercing.

I was impressed.

Finally, my turn. Everything was explained to me in detail. Off went the pants and underwear. I climed on the table, I was cleaned, disinfected, and prepped.

Then a cue tip was placed at several spots. I chose the most sensitive - though they all were pretty hot.

I was then marked, and rechecked, then the area measured and the 10 gauge ring with bead was prepped.

I was told to lower my head and to start taking deep breaths and then to slowly let them out. I felt pressure, and it increased. I assumed it was the forceps.

After four deep breaths I was told to try one more and let it out slowly to really relax me. During the exhale the piercing happened. I felt a stab of mild pain, mostly pressure and it was over.

I was cleaned up, asked to stand to check things out, then was asked to climb back up for a final check.

Then I was given very clear instructions.

NOTE: these instructions differed from what I had been told about piercings and what I had read. But to me they made sense.

The biggest difference was to NOT let the dial anti-bacterial soap into the piercing. I was told to clean it in the shower using hot water and a cue tip, then let the soap hit the area (after cleaning my hands), then rinsing.

Then I was to mix a uniodized salt to water solution and lay down, then apply cotton balls soaked in the solution to the piercing. Then dry it with tissue or another clean product.

Well, it has only been 5 days and all is well.

There was a mild amount of bleeding twice and a bit of a discharge twice, both after really long days.

The biggest issue is what type of underwear. Boxer Briefs were recommended, or even brief. I have found that E2U's (www.e2u.com) work best. They offer full frontal support and protect the ring. Even their T-Back (thong) works well. Other briefs that work are 2Xist Boxer Briefs (the pouch protects thing).

I do get sore in the car - the angle of the seat. But other than that it is great.

Now to sex. No sex yet - well, finally last night I did masturbate - I had to hold my scrotum still, but what a feeling. I did NOT touch the jewelry or the piercing. But the pressure from the ring seems to go right to my prostate.

I know it will be a while, but I look forward to anal sex and having my partner lightly play with the ring (a number of months from now).

I don't know what the next few weeks will be like. I hope that I can keep it clean and non-infected.

Take this for what it is worth (not much) with only 5 days, but it is wild - straight or gay - men should try this and enjoy it. Combined with the nipple ring it is a great feeling.

Enjoy.
