Just under a year ago I was working in a local bar with one of my best mates that I went to school with. We were both into piercings and tattoos loads and still are and were both itching to get something done. My mate had already had a prince albert before but had taken it out and he was determined on this day to get it done again. When I had first started getting pierced I had told myself I would never get anything in that area pierced but now I was at the point where it was one of the few places I could get done. We decided that we would both go and get it done in a few days time (would have gone sooner but my girlfriend was coming down the next day and we hadn't seen each other for a long time so being unable to have sex would have been very frustrating). A couple of our other friends wanted to come as well so we had a road trip to the piercing studio that is about 20 miles away. There are a lot closer to me but I had been going to this particular studio for many years and trusted the piercer.

My girlfriend was down, my friends were there and we both made our way to the studio after some nerve racking hours whilst some of our friends decided to do a complete tour of all the shops in canterbury. We got in and I had a lot of questions to ask. I was still very scared about getting pierced in that area. Originally I told myself I was going to get a prince albert but when I got to the studio itself I decided it probably wasn't the best idea. The piercing studio was as professional as ever. they answered all my questions and even showed me a pierced dildo showing me what area was what and what jewelry could be worn and things like that. after consulting with my girlfriend I decided that maybe the frenum piercing was the best for me.
We went up to the studio and my stomach was going crazy. Me and my mate both went in at the same time and I decided to go first. I laid down on the couch and Ryan (the piercer) asked me to pull my trousers down and my boxers and pull back my foreskin. Suddenly the piercing became the least scary thing in my mind. The fact that i was flashing my piercer and my mate made me more nervous and the cold studio and the knowledge that a needle was going to go through my penis made me more nervous and made me look very uncool in front of the two guys. Ryan was great though and it was done reasonably quickly with very little pain. The needle went through and the jewelry was put in. He then wrapped a rubber glove round me to catch and bleeding. My friend then went up and went through the same process except he was brave enough to get a prince albert. We both then left Canterbury and I had to take my girlfriend to the train station so she could go home. As soon as we got home I showed her. She thought it was really cool and luckily it hadn't bled that much in the mean time. She left and then I had to go to work as did my friend. We had told our boss we were going to get pierced that day and as soon as we saw him at work he asked to see and even wanted a picture. Needless to say we didn't let him take any pictures but we did show him and after that he bragged to customers and friends that he had two bar men with penis piercings working for him.
I still have it in nearly a year later and am now itching to decorate my penis more. I am still a bit unsure about a prince albert but am seriously considering a ladder and who knows, after that I may be brave enough to get a prince albert.
To anyone considering to get their penis pierced who is maybe a bit nervous about the prospect of a prince albert I would say; don't focus on getting the biggest possible one first. Its always good to build up to the bigger things. Go for a less hard core one and then work your way up. If you are brave enough to take the giant leap good on you. Now I am looking to become a piercer myself so if there is anyone out there who has a piercing studio and able to provide apprenticeships let me know.
