One day I was hanging out with my girl, and she said, "You look like a person that would have their penis pierced." Being the impulsive person I am, that night I decided that I was going to do it. I stayed up pretty much the whole night researching different kinds of piercing. I came across BME, read a bunch of experiences, and decided to go with the frenum piercing. It seemed to be the least painful piercing, not a deep one at all.

In my neighborhood, there is a girl that pierces people, but she has never done frenum piercings. I thought that if I have just as much experience as she does, I would rather do it myself. So, I decided to do it myself! No one was home at my house, so I had the privacy of my own home to do it. I found a regular size tack, (A tack equivalent to the size of a 16 gage bar. I thought that it would be a good start.) and boiled it for about 10 minutes. I tried to be a sterile as possible, so I washed everything down there clean. I took everything into my bathroom, and decided to do it there. To try to get myself pumped up to do it, I brought my boom box in and listened to Arsis. (An amazing death metal band) At first I thought that I would numb it by using ice, because one of my friends said that ice helps numb things. This was a very bad idea! I put the ice down there, held it on for a little bit, and dropped the ice. In my opinion, it was more painful that the piercing itself. It was an intense stinging feeling. So, after recovering from the stinging sensation from the ice, I decided to pierce it. For about 10 minutes, I was just sitting on my toilet with my pants down, trying to find the best place to put it. I positioned the needle right under the glands, and started to push slowly. Each 2 seconds I would push it a little bit more, until I decided that it wasn't working. So, I just counted to 3 and pushed it through! I gave it a hard push, and it was through! Once I had pierced it, I didn't believe that it actually went through, because I nothing but a little prick. It was sort of like getting a shot, at the doctor. Just one little prick, and then it's over. Right afterwards, I couldn't take the tack out, because it was sort of stuck. So, I taped the sharp end and left it in over night, and wore the tack to school the next day! It was pretty intense, because I was just walking around school with my penis pierced. I bet any money that I'm the only kid in my high school that has their frenum pierced. Once I got back from school, I went in my room, and looked at it. I could spin it, so I decided to take it out and put my 16 gage bar in it. It slipped out, and the bar slipped it painlessly. It was awesome. That was about 2 months ago I think... I'm not sure. Thanks to the quick healing of the penis, after about 2-3 weeks, it felt totally healed. It was sweet. Now days, I have a 12 gage captive bead ring in, but I have extra room. So, I have been stretching it a little. So I actually have the 12 gage captive ring, with two 14 gage bars. This weekend I'm going to by myself something nice, so I don't have to have 3 things in it!
This piercing is absolutely amazing.I don't think that it makes any difference if you are circumcised or not. It didn't hurt at all. I had my labret pierced before, and I would have to say that the labret hurt more than the frenum. At first, I had some doubts about it, but now looking back I am very glad that I decided to just go for it. I'm so proud of it. It's absolutely perfect.
I did this piercing myself, because I think that I trust myself more than I trust a stranger to push a needle through my little guy. If you do decide to do it yourself, please be careful, and be sterile. Going to the doctor, and having to explain to them why you have an infection on your one eyed monster would suck.
Now that I have my frenum, I plan on getting a ladder.
I would for sure recommend this piercing to anyone.
